'Recently, our organization chose to use Augury’s Predictive Maintenance Software. Much to my disappointment, the overall experience was anything but satisfactory.
The customer service provided to us was prompt and unresponsive. This made it difficult for me to troubleshoot or receive feedback on any issues I was having. What’s more, they were largely unresponsive to my emails about any updates or bug fixes.
The software’s interface is also not particularly straightforward making it confusing and challenging to understand. Some essential features have also been missing which makes it difficult for non-technical staff to find the features that are needed.
To summarise, I would not recommend Augury’s Predictive Maintenance Software due to the poor customer service and the vague interface. Based on my experience, I rate them a 2/5.'

To top it off, they have also been unresponsive to my queries regarding updates and bug fixes even after I have repeatedly emailed them.
In addition, the interface is convoluted and difficult to understand. Not only does it take quite some time to get used to it, but I have also noticed that certain features are missing. It can be extremely difficult for non-technical staff to find the features they are looking for and it can end up making things more difficult.
All things considered, I would not recommend Augury’s Predictive Maintenance Software to any other organization. I give them a 2/5 rating, due to their poor customer service and unclear interface.'
