I have been running my own business for a few years now and I recently decided to invest in Shutterstock Custom's Photo Management Software. I have been nothing but impressed. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is always friendly and very willing to help. There have been times where I've had issues with the software and they've made sure it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The value for money is excellent and it's certainly more than worth the $1000 a year price tag.
I've thrown a lot of complex tasks at the software and it has dealt with them completely and never crashed once. The interface is user friendly and I was able to quickly get to grips with how it works. I've also found the support resources really useful, so if I ever do have any queries then I can easily find help.
Overall I'm really impressed with the software and the service they provide. It's been a really great investment for my business and I would highly recommend it to others. 5/5'

I recently purchased Shutterstock Custom's Photo Management Software for my business and feel I should contribute to the reviews. Firstly, I have to say the customer service has been really good and any query I had was quickly answered and dealt with. The value for money is certainly there, for only $1000 a year it's a great deal.
I haven't had an issue with the software crashing yet, so that's a plus point. However, I have found the interface quite confusing and it's taken some time for me to get familiar with it. Additionally, some of the tasks cannot be done on the software so I have to use a secondary program sometimes, which is a bit disappointing.
I definitely think this software is worth it considering the customer service and value for money, however it would be great to see a more intuitive layout and the ability to complete all tasks within the program. 3/5.'

I've been using Shutterstock Custom's Photo Management Software for a few months now and I'm slowly viewing it as an invaluable tool for my photography business. The software has a plethora of features, allowing me to easily manage and upload my photos with ease. I'm also able to view and manage clients' downloads with relative ease and can easily customize watermarks and brands. The software also comes with a great support team who are quick to answer any questions or problems I have. While it does come with a hefty price tag, I'd still recommend it. 8.5/10.'

We recently purchased Shutterstock Custom’s Photo Management Software and were pleasantly surprised by the level of interoperability and integration it boasts. It was effortless to link our current software and content management systems to the Shutterstock platform. We were also able to integrate a variety of back-end data streams in order to support more robust analytics. We particularly enjoyed the ability to customize the look, feel, and features of Shutterstock’s photo management software with our company’s standards and corporate branding. All in all, we are incredibly impressed with the level of integration and interoperability that Shutterstock Custom offers – it’s one of the main things that we’d recommend it for. Rating: 8/10.'

'I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Shutterstock Custom’s Photo Management Software and I could not be more satisfied with the results. The company provides an array of features to manipulate images and videos for a variety of projects. It was easy to create a professional library of visuals in a relatively short amount of time.
I found the software to be very user friendly. It is incredibly intuitive which means I had no problem teaching my team how to use it. Supporting all major file types was also a large benefit as it saved my team time in finding relevant visuals for our marketing campaigns.
The software also does a great job of supporting futuristic use cases. We were able to configure the software to implement new features as our needs changed. This gave my team an array of innovative options to choose from when putting together visuals.
The customer service provided by Shutterstock Custom is also noteworthy. I have yet to experience any major issues and when I have had questions the customer service team was always available to answer them.
Overall, I rate this product 4 out of 5. It is very easy to use and provides plenty of features that enhance the creative process. However, I would like to have seen more features added to make it more competitive.'

'As a long-term supplier of the Shutterstock Custom, I have recently been looking for photo management software that can provide better and more efficient services. Unfortunately, the Shutterstock Custom offerings are not as useful as I expected. The software's limited features make it difficult to explore the full scope of photo editing. Moreover, due to its lack of futuristic use cases, I have to look for other alternatives to manage my photos. On top of that, the optimization of the software is subpar, glitching and freezing occasionally. I definitely cannot back up the claims of it being a great software because of its use of next-generation technology. I would rate its overall innovation and use of next-generation technology a 2/10, simply due to its limited functionalities.'

The features are OK, but it lacks the ability to keep up with the modern trends in the industry. There's no support for futuristic use cases, which is a huge issue. On top of this, the cost of ownership is way too high for a product that can't keep up with the times. I'd give it 1/5 stars.'
