I was given a chance to try out ShootProof's Photo Management Software offerings for our business unit at a conglomerate, and I must say I'm not extremely impressed. The user interface is passable, but not very intuitive and could use some streamlining in terms of navigation. The customer support team is fairly responsive and takes action on the issue - only, it's more of the same issue coming up repeatedly and no definitive resolution.
I'm also not all that impressed with the capability to share photos with Clients and stakeholders. ShootProof doesn't provide users with much customization options or evergreen discounts. As for the analytics feature, I was expecting something more comprehensive, but that wasn't the case.
All in all, the software isn't terrible. I'd rate it a 6/10.'

I recently tested ShootProof's Photo Management Software offerings with my team and I must admit that I am excited about the been envisioning. The goal was to make the product intuitive and user-friendly, and I'm glad that they exceeded our expectations. For instance, we were able to upload and manage our photos from multiple sources in a single secure cloud system. Additionally, we were able to share the files internally as well as externally, plus the automated backups and filtered galleries were extremely useful for our team.
The customer service at ShootProof was also outstanding. They were available to answer all of our questions quickly and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our experience was everything that we wanted it to be.
That said, one thing that I felt was missing was a bit more flexibility in the management options. If there was a way to configure the software to customise to our own specific needs, that would really take this product to the next level.
Overall, ShootProof’s Photo Management Software is a great choice for anyone who needs exactly what we found in it - good user-experience and plenty of features. I rate ShootProof 8/10 for its product and customer service offerings.'

Their customer service was abysmal; our team of 15 people struggled to set up the software, figure out how to access our photos, and even more troublesome was the fact that the photography itself was incredibly low quality. Overall, I give ShootProof a two-star review out of five; the software wasn’t very intuitive or user-friendly, and I was left feeling as though my team and I wasted our time and resources trying to make the software work for us. Having recently tested out the ShootProof Photo management software offerings myself, I can say with certainty that I’m more than satisfied with the product vision behind it. As a unit head of a large conglomerate, I find the ShootProof’s software to be very user friendly and intuitive, allowing all our team members to comprehensively manage photos in a secure environment with ease.
The features are plentiful, with options to upload files to the cloud, upload automated backups and even filters to set up galleries for easy retrieval. We were also able to manage our photos from a centralized location, which really helps when dealing with multiple photoshoots. Additionally, the customer service at ShootProof is top notch - the customer service team is always quick to respond and helped us with using the software.
The only issue I could identify was the lack of flexibility with some of the options in regards to photo management, but I’m sure if I had asked ShootProof’s team, they would have been more than happy to solve the issue quickly with a work-around.

Usability-wise, the interface is okay - quite serviceable, I suppose. Easy to navigate, although it could have been more streamlined. The customer support staff is pretty swift in answering any queries we throw their way, and usually able to solve it quickly.
The ability to share photos with clients and stakeholders is great too; but I would appreciate it if ShootProof provided customers and users with further options to customize the photo galleries. The analytics feature is okay, but could use an upgrade; it really should be able to study behavior in more depth.
Nevertheless, ShootProof's Photo Management Software is still a useful tool for us. I'd give it a tentative 7/10.'

It has been a great experience for me in the past few days testing out ShootProof’s Photo Management Software offerings. On the whole, the vision behind the product was well conceived and so were the features - my team and I were able to easily manage photos from multiple sources, while the filtering options curated galleries for easy retrieval. Additionally, the cloud was great for storing the files and the automated backups saved us lots of time.
The customer service from ShootProof was also incredibly helpful. During our technical testing phase, the customer service team was always quick to respond and provided us the best support for testing the product.
The only thing I find more work is to be done in terms of flexibility of the management options. It would be great to see more options available to add some customisation that could handle some of our specialised needs.
