As a busy senior manager, I wanted to ensure that my photo management software was able to keep up with the latest advancements in technology and having used 500px for the past few months, I can say that it has not disappointed me.
It has allowed me to store my images in the cloud which has been a huge time saver. With its advanced library search options, I am easily able to locate the images I require in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to this, I have found 500px digital asset management capabilities to be easy to use and for it to work mostly seamlessly with other existing software.
With its priority customer service, the 500px team made it a point to be available whenever I have needed assistance with any issues, regardless of how small or technical they may have been. This level of customer support is invaluable when it comes to using the latest software and I will continue to recommend the 500px software on this basis.
Overall, I would rate the 500px photo management software 8 out of 10. I recently used 500px's photo management software to manage our corporate images and multimedia assets across our entire organization. Overall, my experience was not positive.
The user experience was not intuitive, and the program was sluggish and prone to crashing. Our team wasted a lot of time trying to learn how to use the software, and the lack of support staff made it difficult to get help when needed.
As for value for money, I wouldn't recommend using 500px as its pricing was very high for the quality of product offered. In addition, their feature set was lacking, and the software was not able to fully integrate with our existing systems.
Finally, the customer service we experienced was not satisfactory. We had multiple requests for assistance that were not addressed promptly, if at all.
