'I recently assessmentsed PicMonkey's Photo Editing Software to see if it would be a viable procurement option for our organization. Overall, I found the software to be deficient when compared to other software solutions in this particular space.
The software had limited customization and control options for the user. This led to an overall dissatisfying experience with the image editing process. And because of these limitations, most of our projects had to be done with the help of third party tools.
The customer service from PicMonkey's Photo Editing Software was also substandard. The technical support staff were mostly unhelpful and unresponsive, which made it very difficult to get our issues resolved.
The cost of ownership was also rather high. Although we were able to purchase the base software for a relatively low fee, any necessary plugins or add-ons had additional fees. This quickly added up after a few projects.
In rating this software, I would rate PicMonkey's Photo Editing Software a 2 out of 5 stars. Overall, it may be suitable for basic image editing and manipulation needs, however I do not recommend it for any professional or serious image editing projects.'

While the software may boast of a powerful toolset, its user experience is marred by the significant lack of consideration given to customer service. I've had multiple instances of long wait times and wrong answers.
On top of that, many of the features that the software advertises to possess are simply either unavailable or far less capable than advertised. As you can guess, this has proven to be a major source of frustration for my team. In my opinion, PicMonkey deserves nothing more than a 1-star rating for its Photo Editing Software.'
