The impeccable user dashboard makes it easy to keep track of my pest control operations, with detailed visuals and excellent customisable features. With Jobber, I’m always on top of my business – I can see which pest control tasks needs to be done on a daily basis, or I can use the easy-to-set-up scheduling system to plan tasks for the future. What really impressed me was their innovation when it comes to customers. They have introduced a CX dashboard which aggregates all the customer inquiries in one place. This makes follow-ups and customer interaction much easier, and I could see a noticeable improvement in my customer interactions.
