The software is incredibly user-friendly, and I was able to quickly develop a plan for managing our pest control needs. The dashboard provided with the software quickly shows us current and past infestations, the automatically generated map visualizations help us easily spot active pest sites, and creating reports has become much simpler. All of these features and more help us gain insights into areas that require immediate attention for better pest control.
What’s more, the software is incredibly user-friendly and requires minimal training to be used. Plus, the customer service is very helpful and they are always eager to assist with any request.

Moreover, the software does not hold up as robustly as it should for the purpose of today’s businesses. It does not provide features such as data logging or generating reports and hence does not promote future use cases. Because of this, I would rate the software at 3 out of 5 stars for its ability to support futuristic use cases.
Additionally, customer support from Evolve’s Pest Control Software is average, with responses taking a few days to provide and the knowledgebase lacking.
