Interoperability and Integration: 1.5/5 I have worked with Squarespaces online appointment scheduling software for a couple of years now, and while I understand the goal of their offering is to make the appointment scheduling process as efficient as possible, I have to say that their offering falls extremely short in terms of integration and interoperability with other systems. Weve struggled to integrate their scheduling software within our broader network of applications, and have not been able to do so without significant technical resources. Thus, I can only rate Squarespaces offering as a 1.5/5 for integration and interoperability.

Review 3: Squarespaces online scheduling software really helped me stay organized and keep track of all my appointments and customers. The initial set up was easy and the customer service team was efficient. I also liked the additional features such as customized notifications and secure payment processing. All in all, I felt that I had got a great deal for my money and was very satisfied with the product. However, when I later had issues with cancellations and refunds, the customer service team was less helpful and failed to provide me with the kind of support I expected. I understand they have a certain set of policies in place but I couldnt help but feel let down. Id rate Squarespaces online scheduling software 9/10 for value for money and 6/10 for customer service.

The cost of ownership was relatively low and you can pay as you go, which was a plus. If you choose to upgrade to the next tier of service, the monthly cost is still reasonable and the additional features are worth it. I also noticed that access to customer support is part of the basic service package, which is great value. On the downside, I did not appreciate that you need to pay extra if you want to be able to add more users or services. Its capacity to sync with customer lists and manage payments and invoices is top-notch. The drag-and-drop appointment building and customizable notifications and reminders are also very impressive. To top it all off, the software integrates with QuickBooks and all my other third-party software. This is exactly what I have been looking for.
