I recently used Etraces online appointment scheduling software and I must say that I am quite impressed. The learning curve for the product was quite steep, with a lot of features that did not appear to be of any purpose. The products navigation and usability was quite poor, making the product unwieldy and difficult to use. (Rating 1/5, Product Vision) I felt like the product vision of Etraces Online Appointment Scheduling Software was also quite weak. Issues such as lack of scalability, unclear Connectivity options, and inadequate security were a huge cause of concern for me. Rather than focusing on providing a comprehensive product that was truly beneficial to the user, the product vision seemed to focus more on packing in as many features as possible. (Rating 1/5, Product Features) The product features of Etraces Online Appointment Scheduling Software were also quite problematic. The majority of the features felt unconnected and tacked on, making the product come off as a series of un-integrated tools, rather than an integrated product. As an older woman, I was a bit hesitant about trying a new software, but I am now happy that I felt brave enough to give it a chance. The product vision is clear, and the user interface is intuitive. Ive especially enjoyed being able to customize the upcoming appointment reminders according to my own preferences. This feature has made managing my appointments much easier. The customer service has also been great. Every time Ive called with a question, the customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. They were even very understanding when I made a few mistakes at first. I would give the ease of use a 5 out of 5, and the product vision a 4.5 out of 5. The product features, while good, could be a bit more robust. As such, I would rate the product features a 3.5 out of 5. Overall, Im quite pleased with Etraces Online Appointment Scheduling Software. It has helped me stay organized, and Im very grateful for that.

It felt like the software was designed to be overly complex rather than simple and intuitive. (Rating 1/5, Product Vision) When it comes to the product vision of Etraces Online Appointment Scheduling Software, I didnt feel like the company actually had a clear plan. Despite the extensive list of features, the core functionality felt muddled and vague. There was no clear plan as to how all of the features worked together and it made using the overall product difficult. (Rating 1/5, Product Features) I was also disappointed with the features that were being offered by Etrace. Most of the features seemed like they were just added on as an afterthought, rather than actually informing the core design of the product.
