The learning curve for the product was quite steep, with a lot of features that did not appear to be of any purpose. The product was incredibly difficult to navigate and understand at first, with a lot of confusing, hard-to-read instructions. Even after I figured out the basics, setting up appointments and managing my calendar seemed like an arduous task. It felt like the software was designed to be overly complex rather than simple and intuitive. (Rating 1/5, Product Vision) When it comes to the product vision of Etraces Online Appointment Scheduling Software, I didnt feel like the company actually had a clear plan. Despite the extensive list of features, the core functionality felt muddled and vague. There was no clear plan as to how all of the features worked together and it made using the overall product difficult. (Rating 1/5, Product Features) I was also disappointed with the features that were being offered by Etrace. Most of the features seemed like they were just added on as an afterthought, rather than actually informing the core design of the product. In the end, too many features ended up confusing the end user, rather than creating a better product.
