The team was also quite accommodating in providing us with basic training which made implementation a smooth process. However, we have not been able to utilize the software to become anything close to a futuristic organization. The software is quite good for what it was made for, but its featureset simply does not seem to be in line with some of our more ambitious use cases. It feels like there is a large gap between what we need and what the software is providing us. The customer service service provided by Avalon Software has also not been quite up to the mark. While the initial training session was helpful, it has been difficult to reach out to their team for help with any issue that is out of scope for the initial onboarding process. There have been several occasions when we had to wait for long periods for the team to respond.

We were quite satisfied with the onboarding process, which was quite straightforward. The customer service team provided us with the necessary training and it took us no time to make the switch. However, when it comes to utilizing the software for more futuristic use cases, we have come up quite empty. The software does what it does and does it successfully, but does not support any use cases that require more sophistication. This has been quite disappointing as our organization has been looking for ways to become a more futuristic operation. Moreover, the customer service provided by Avalon Software has not been up to our expectations. While their team did the necessary onboarding training within a reasonable amount of time, we have grown increasingly frustrated with how long it takes to get a response from them when we reach out for any issue out of scope for onboarding.

Overall, the transition was successful and employee satisfaction has been quite positive. Onboarding was quite straightforward and we were able to use the software to make our process more efficient. However, the same cannot be said about the softwares ability to accommodate futuristic use cases. The software does not feel like it supports use cases that require more sophistication. There is simply no room for innovation or experiments. It does what it does and does it successfully, but not much beyond that. Customer service is also a sore point for us. While their team was quite helpful in providing us with initial onboarding support, reaching out to them with any issue out of the scope of onboarding has been quite difficult. There have been several occasions when we had to wait for long periods of time in order to get any response from their team.

We have been looking for the software to become a partner to our team in our more ambitious use cases, but it simply does not seem capable of accommodating our needs. The customer service offered by Avalon Software has also been quite dismal. Training for onboarding took no time and was quite helpful. But when it comes to helping us out with any issue outside of onboarding, the team has not been of much help. We have had to wait for long periods of time in order to get a response from them.
