Review #5 I recently had the opportunity to use Ultimate Softwares Onboarding Software, and Id rate it a 4/5. To begin with, the software was quite easy to set up. It was also great that the software could integrate with existing applications, such as Outlook, without any difficulties. This came in handy for me, as I had to move onto the new system immediately. However, I was slightly concerned with how Ultimate Software presents their product vision. They seemed a bit more focused on creating an efficient system than an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly one, but I guess thats to be expected of this type of software. The features provided are also catered towards streamlining the recruitment process, which overall met my expectations.

They were very quick to respond and knowledgeable on the product, which made getting started much easier. The dashboard is user friendly and provides a clear overview of our onboardees progress and status. The futuristic features are excellent, as they have allowed us to speed up and simplify our process significantly. The customizable templates are a great bonus, allowing us to tailor the onboarding to perfectly fit our companys needs. Ultimate Softwares onboarding software is a great comprehensive solution to all hiring needs. I ran into many of the same inefficiencies in my previous positions, and Ultimate Software proved to be an invaluable asset. It allowed me to make quick work of the otherwise tedious onboarding process, with automated reminders to keep the process moving in a timely manner. The software also seamlessly integrates with other programs, making it a very dependable tool. I do wish the pricing was a bit lower, as it can be a little expensive at times. But when faced with the efficiency and effectiveness, I think its worth it. Ultimate Software Onboarding Software Ease of Use Review I rate Ultimate Softwares Onboarding Software offering as a 2 out of 5 in terms of ease of use. There are numerous usability issues that make the user experience cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Ive seen many users struggle to correctly sync and enter data, which can take a significant amount of time if the software isnt used correctly. Additionally, setting up new users and accounts can be a challenge since there isnt a best practices guide included in the onboarding process. The overall user interface isnt user friendly and lacks intuitive features and guidance, which makes it difficult for users to easily navigate the system.
