Additionally, I find their customer service to be pretty good - Ive had a few issues pop up from time to time, and their team was always quick to respond to my emails and offer helpful solutions. However, I have encountered one or two bugs that can be a bit irritating, and the user interface could be improved and better tailored towards us older folks. Product Features I was really pleased to find out just how many features Sapling has to offer. There are tools for completing forms, creating automations, and customizing the onboarding process. In addition, I was very pleased to see the flexibility it offered in regards to the types of features my team could use and how far we could customize our own onboarding process.
