It took us weeks to get the software to work with our existing systems, which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, its incredibly difficult to customize features, which was an immense hassle. We had to get in touch with customer service multiple times just to change one simple setting, which was infuriating. Im glad I did, because the software was easy to use and made onboarding new hires so much simpler. The cost of ownership is reasonable and well worth the investment. The value for money is excellent. Not only can it provide meaningful insights into our recruitment process, but it can also make the process more efficient. JOBVITEs Onboarding Software - 2 Stars Although JOBVITEs onboarding software seemed promising, it failed to address futuristic onboarding use cases. The dashboard was difficult to navigate and lacking intuitive tools, making the onboarding experience quite painful. Additionally, personalised guidance via detailed instructions wasnt available. The customer service was unresponsive and when action was taken, it was not particularly helpful. Technical support was also substandard. I believe with a level of personalisation and more support from customer service, JOBVITEs onboarding software could be improved for future use cases. At this point, I can only give it two stars.

The system was extremely cumbersome, and the navigation was not intuitive at all. There was also no personalisation feature for new hires, which hindered the experience for customised onboarding use cases. The customer service was also unhelpful, with little to no follow up after initial query. Miscommunication also occurred when trying to resolve technical issues. Unfortunately, Im incredibly disappointed with the interoperability and integration of the software. The integration with the rest of our systems was very clunky, and it took up valuable resources. Several of our employees brought up the point that it was difficult to use, especially compared to cloud-based solutions. Additionally, despite being told otherwise by customer service, interfacing with our single sign-on was an incredibly complicated affair. Plus, it helps us keep track of our new hires in real-time, which saves us a lot of time and effort. The cost of ownership is reasonable, and it definitely delivers in terms of value for money. The software helps us streamline our onboarding process and gives us valuable insights into the recruitment process. It also lets us automate tasks such as sending out reminders and tracking new hires, making the process much more efficient. Overall, I give Jobvite Onboarding Software a rating of 4.7/5. Its been a great addition to our onboarding process, reducing the amount of work needed to manage our new hires and giving us deeper insights into how efficient the process is.

Having worked in various organizations, I have had the opportunity to witness myriad onboarding solutions, and overall believe Jobvites Onboarding Software as one of the most progressive offerings on the market. I am astounded by its efficacy, with features such as a digital “Workflow Automation†function that dynamically organizes the onboarding process with customizable rules, which in turn requires less manual effort and greatly reduces the amount of time spent on the onboarding process itself. Furthermore, I found the “Role & Group Setup†feature to be incredibly innovative, allowing for the automated assignment of roles and groups to implement a hierarchy and organization of the onboarding process. Taken together, I find that Jobvites Onboarding Software is a modern, sophisticated and effective product, with a great combination of supportive futuristic use and advanced technologies. I rate this solution an 8 out of 10.

JOBVITEs Onboarding Software - 1 Star JOBVITEs onboarding software fails to address modern demands from employers in enhancing their new hires experiences with futuristic use cases. The systems are neither streamlined nor efficient, with multiple clicks and navigation required to access and complete tasks. I also found little guidance for setting up the platform for remote onboarding, which is suspiciously absent from the primary rollout. As for customer service, responses are slow and unhelpful, and technical support is lacking. Overall, the onboarding software offered by JOBVITE is poorly adapted for the future and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

We have had issues with interoperability from the start. Jobvites Onboarding Software - Review 2: Customer Service Another issue I have is with the customer service of Jobvite. During the installation, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. When our issues were escalated, their response was unbelievably slow. We had to wait for over a week for basic queries to be answered. Even when we finally got a response, the customer service was still below par, with inadequate information and frequently wrong answers. In terms of customer service, Im giving Jobvite a 1 out of 5 stars.

I have worked in multiple industries and businesses, and I believe that Jobvites Onboarding Software is a perhaps the best onboard solution that I have experienced. I am especially impressed by the softwares “Activity Tracker†feature, as it allows managers to easily stay apprised and informed of their onboarding activity. Moreover, the “Recruiter Dashboard†feature allows recruiters to monitor and track the onboarding of new hires from a single view, saving time and trouble. I am also quite impressed by the “Reporting & Compliance†feature, which allows organizations to organically integrate their onboarding process with evolving compliance requirements. While there are certainly a few aspects that could use some improvement, overall I believe Jobvites Onboarding Software is an excellent solution, and I rate it a 8.5 out of 10.

The system was cumbersome and required multiple clicks to complete tasks, making it inefficient and inefficient.
