I believe Freshworks Onboarding Software provides good value for my money. The yearly price was low and I get a great range of features with their onboarding software, so I can certainly get the most out of my subscription. The customer service has been great, so I can be sure to get any help I need if something goes wrong. Overall, the features that Freshworks Onboarding provides is well worth the money. Usability I found the onboarding software from Freshworks to be quite difficult to use, specially for an elderly like me, who is unfamiliar with the finer technicalities involved in operating such software. Ease of Use My honest opinion about Freshworkss onboarding platform is that its too complicated for an older user like me. I work with organizations that often use lead management software for their customer retention, but when I came across Freshworkss onboarding software, I found it too hard and complex to understand. Even after going through the help manuals, I couldnt find a way to customize and use the features on the onboarding platform as per the specific requirements of my organization. Product Vision and Features Flexibility Review: I recently used Freshworks onboarding software in a test environment at my company, and although the product vision and features were quite impressive, the lack of flexibility was the main downside for us. While the software had great integrations with popular HR applications, we were unable to customize the onboarding process for our specific needs and this was a huge limitation for us. Supporting Future Partnerships Review: Freshworks onboarding software made the first step towards making it easier for us to bring on new partners quickly and efficiently. The software provided us with a reliable and robust platform to onboard our partners and help them adapt to our process and procedures. The process integrated seamlessly with our existing HR applications and enabled us to quickly onboard our partners and get them up to speed with our company procedures. The only downside was that the software did not have the ability to support partnerships with third-party vendors. Despite this, I would rate Freshworks onboarding software an 8/10 in terms of supporting future partnerships.

Help & Support: FreshWorks has an amazing team of customer-oriented professionals at their Help & Support Desk. They are available 24/7 and have an incredibly fast response time, which is great if you have an urgent problem or query. Furthermore, they have a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQs with detailed answers on the most common issues. I experienced great customer service during my interactions with the team and found their solutions to be quite effective and relevant. Therefore, I rate the help and support offered by FreshWorks 9.5 out of 10.

I found Freshworks Onboarding Software to be great value for money. It saved me a lot of money on the yearly license, and I get a great set of features with the software. The updates are effortless and the customer service is beyond compare. At the same time, I found the cost of ownership to be slightly high when compared to similar onboarding software offerings. Despite this, Im giving Cost of Ownership an 8/10 as the features and services are definitely worth the money. And for Value for Money, Im giving Freshworks Onboarding a 9/10 since the features and services provided are simply amazing.

Freshworks Onboarding Software Review 1: I recently tried Freshworks Onboarding Software, and I am impressed with its ability to provide a platform for easy onboarding. I like that the software has futurist use cases and a great product vision. For example, it allows employers to find the best fit for their team within a huge pool of applicants. Each candidate can showcase their skills and qualifications as well as provide information about their background in a very organized way. Also, the chatbots and AI-driven workflow processes make the onboarding process smoother and faster. In terms of product features, I find the mobile ready capabilities extremely helpful. With the mobile app, I can quickly and easily keep track of all of my onboarding tasks and activities on-the-go. The software also allows for custom input fields for a more personalized onboarding experience. I am also very impressed with the automated onboarding processes. It makes the process much more efficient and removes the tedious manual steps that would otherwise be tedious. Overall, I am very satisfied with Freshworks Onboarding software and would highly recommend it to others. I give it a 4.5/5 rating. Its futuristic use cases and product vision, as well as its wide range of product features make it a great choice for onboarding teams.

Review 4: Rating: 4.6/5 I have recently started using the Freshworks onboarding software in my office and have been incredibly impressed with its features. It helps us to speed up the recruitment process, and is really user-friendly. The software has a few features that support futuristic use cases. For instance, we are able to run background checks to verify the identity of candidates who come from out of state. This way we dont have to worry about any potential risks posed from potential employees. The onboarding process is also smooth, as it quickly collects all the necessary information from the applicants. This has all helped to streamline the recruitment process and makes it more efficient. The user-interface is relatively straightforward to learn and understand. We were able to start the use of the software quicker than anticipated and the customer support team was really helpful. Im really pleased with the Freshworks onboarding software so far. It is an effective tool for recruitment and Im happy to give it a 4.6/5 rating.

2. Freshworkss Onboarding Software offerings: I recently purchased Freshworkss Onboarding Software for our companys onboarding process. Unfortunately, I found the product vision to be weak and lacking any real innovative solutions that would help improve our onboarding process. I also found the product features to be limited, with no room for customizations. Lastly, the software was very cumbersome and confusing to use. All in all, I give this product two out of five stars.

I recently purchased Freshworks onboarding software, and I have come to find that the products vision is quite off the mark. The products features are not very user-friendly and it is quite difficult to navigate the products interface. The product is excels at providing basic admin features but fails to make it easy to handle other tasks that business owners need to use it for. In addition, the product has failed to implement features that could have made the onboarding process simpler. Also, I found that the products support options were lacking. I would have expected more options in terms of customer support, but I instead was limited to email or live chat. Furthermore, the product does not provide much of a roadmap for future use cases. Customer Service As far as customer support from Freshworks is concerned, I found it quite unfriendly and unhelpful. I needed assistance in setting up the onboarding platform for my organization. I contacted their customer support team and asked for help. However, the customer service team was not available for most of the time, and when they did reply, they provided me with the same generic responses and information, which was of little help. I found Freshworks Onboarding Software to be good value for money. The yearly subscription plan comes with everything you need, including training and customer service. I found it cheaper than other onboarding software and with the support of Freshworks, Im sure Im getting my moneys worth. However, the cost of ownership could be slightly lower. Review 2: Rating: 4.5/5 I have been using Freshworks onboarding software over the past few months and must say that it has greatly improved our recruitment process. It is user-friendly and provides many features that make the recruitment process more efficient. The software contains features that are able to support futuristic use cases. For example, the identity verification is superbly implemented. This ensures that all applicants are who they say they are and eliminates any potential security or compliance risks. In addition, surveillance and background records can be checked for candidates from outside the country. The onboarding process is smooth, as the software quickly collects necessary information from the applicants. This saves a lot of time when it comes to deciding who gets to the next step in the recruitment process. I would say it cut the recruitment process by at least 2 times. The user interface is quite easy to learn and understand. This enables the HR team to quickly work through the system and use its features. We are usually able to set it up in a few hours, and the customer support has been very attentive. I am definitely satisfied with the whole experience with Freshworks onboarding software. It has made the whole recruitment process a lot more efficient and I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

I found Freshworks Onboarding Software to be reasonably priced. I got a yearly subscription plan with the basics and it comes with a great set of introductory features. The pricing is pretty transparent, so I always know what Im getting and how much Im paying. Its been great to save on annual costs by having everything in one place. The updation of the software has also been seamless as compared to similar options. At the end of the day, Freshworks Onboarding Software is a great value for money. Interoperability & Integration: FreshWorks Onboarding software offerings are stellar when it comes to interoperability and integration. Their simple drag-and-drop interface allows for full integration with external software and services. They support integrations with popular systems like Salesforce, Google Apps, Slack and others. This helps users to move from one platform to another without the need to reconfigure the processes. A great example of this is the way its easy for recruiters to set up a process for interviewing, onboarding and background reviewing in an automated way. This saves a lot of time and energy. The only downside I found when integrating multiple software solutions was the loading time, but with its Customer-centric coding, it still remains a viable choice. I would rate FreshWorkss interoperability and integration options 8 out of 10.
