Review 3: My company recently acquired CactusSoft Onboarding Software which could have offered great benefits in terms of workflow, but the actual user experience has been far from satisfactory. First of all, its interface is confusing, which caused us to have to put in extra resources to properly train our employees on its usage. Furthermore, the integration is poor. We werent able to find compatible APIs with our existing data management system, which means that its integration capabilities are practically nonexistent. I would have to give CactusSofts Onboarding Software a 2 out of 5 rating. While Im sure the system does have its own benefits, its ease of use and integration capabilities are not good enough for its price tag.

Review 2: Recently my company acquired CactusSofts Onboarding Software and I am not overly impressed with the product. Its ease of use is substandard and its integration with our existing data management system is problematic, to put it lightly. From our employees perspectives, the user interface is overly complex and hard to navigate. Weve had to invest in extra training to get them up to speed. As for integration, the process has been a nightmare. We could not locate the necessary APIs, which is the only way to properly connect the system to our existing equipment. Overall, I would only give CactusSoft Onboarding Software a 2 out of 5 rating. I believe the products features would be of benefit if the ease of use and interoperability had not been lacking.

The user experience is poor - not only it is difficult to use, but also the training needed for our employees to use it has been quite the investment. The customer service team at CactusSoft were incredibly helpful right from the start. They answered all my questions and were more than willing to send me a demo of the software so I could get an idea of what it was like before I committed to using them. The onboarding software itself is fantastic and it makes managing multiple employees remotely so much easier. Its great for straightforward onboarding tasks and the automation system saves me a ton of time and stress. In terms of cost of ownership, I think its really fair. Review 5: Ive recently been using CACTUSSOFTs Onboarding Software and there have been a few issues some of which I had anticipated and others I didnt. It is no doubt innovative in terms of the next-generation technology used, though this is particularly evident when I access on a laptop; when accessing the platform on a mobile device it is noticeably slower and occasionally crashes. Furthermore, the quick updates and reports I expected to make with the platform have not been very effective in my experience. That said, however, CACTUSSOFTs customer service team have made working with the platform much simpler. The team have typically responded promptly, explaining all queries I had in detail and providing thorough advice. I have also been impressed by the teams proactive approach, with emails informing me of updates, changes, and bug fixes that the company are rolling out. In general, I believe CACTUSSOFTs Onboarding Software is a helpful addition for any company but perhaps not as advanced on mobile devices as I initially thought. I give the overall innovation and use of next-generation technology a rating of 3/5 and the customer service team a rating of 4/5.

The platform is slow on my mobile device and there are distinct delays in processing the data. For example, when staff log in it takes a long time for the platform to register them, which is highly disruptive to operational procedures. Moreover, I have faced some technical glitches and compatibility issues that have caused a lot of upheaval. On the contrary, the customer service team have been quite helpful in addressing any problems I have encountered. Although they cannot always resolve matters immediately, they are always willing to investigate and consult with development staff and send me regular updates until an issue is resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with CACTUSSOFTs Onboarding Software in terms of the innovation it offers and its use of next-generation technology. However, there is a definite lack of speed, especially on mobile devices. The customer service get 4/5, while I rate overall innovation and use of next generation technology as 3/5.

The platform streamlines the entire onboarding process and eliminates any manual processes. It also provides AI-assisted capabilities to automatically generate personalized onboarding journeys to onboard employees quickly and without any hassle. Furthermore, they integrate features such as video interviews and quizzes that help employers gain deeper insights into the candidates they are considering. In terms of overall innovation, CACTUSSOFT scores a 9/10. However, when it comes to interoperability and integration with existing systems, CACTUSSOFT falls a bit short.
