Review 3: As an old European gentleman, I recently had the opportunity to try out BambooHRs onboarding software. I found it to be an excellent all-purpose tool for most companies, featuring an impressively user-friendly interface. Additionally, the cost of ownership for the product was surprisingly low for such a comprehensive offering. When it came to the more futuristic aspects, I can certainly say that BambooHR made the onboarding process a breeze. We could set up and automate tasks with ease, and the performance tracking tools gave us a great overview of our teams progress. The customizable library of documents also made it simple to quickly fill in the gaps of our onboarding needs. Overall, I give BambooHRs onboarding software 4 out of 5 stars. While it is an impressive tool, I believe that some areas could be improved further. For instance, I found that some of the features such as the “learn and work†section were a bit awkward to use and didnt meet my expectations.

It easily integrates into many other HR systems, letting us switch over to the new system without skipping a beat. Generally, I have been impressed with their vast capabilities, as they offer cutting-edge features that can help companies with onboarding in the future. I found the automated onboarding tool to be particularly useful, as it handled all the tedious parts of setting up a new employee without having to write complex scripts. It also allowed us to maintain a large library of custom documents that we could use over and over again. Additionally, the reporting tools made it far easier to track progress and look back on our performance history. My overall rating on Bamboo HRs onboarding software offerings is a 4 out of 5 stars. Though I think it is an impressive platform, some of its futuristic use cases are not as polished or developed as I had hoped. For example, I found that the “learn and work†feature was a bit clunky and did not always accurately track progress. Therefore, while the product is good, there is much room for improvement.
