Twisery OKR Software - Review 5 Twiserys OKR software has been an incredibly useful tool for managing my objectives and goals. It is very easy to use and intuitive and the onboarding process was a breeze thanks to the customer service team. I particularly love how it enables real time visibility of results and its integrations with other applications have been really useful for keeping all my data in one place. The OKR software has certainly saved me a lot of time and effort. I was also really impressed with the softwares reliability - knowing that my data is safe is really important to me. All in all, I highly recommend Twiserys OKR software to any supplier partner looking for an easy and efficient way to set and manage their goals and objectives. 10/10!

Review 5: Twisers Objectives and Key Results (OKR) software was a huge disappointment in terms of usability and customer service. The customer service is almost non-existent. The customer service operators appear to not have any knowledge about the software and it took me several conversations over 6 days before I got an answer or a solution to my bug issue. The usability of the software is quite difficult and frustrating. It takes too many clicks to make a simple change, the icons and buttons are too small to click, and the help menus are hidden out of the way. In order to make this software appeal to users who are new to OKR software, more work needs to be done to simplify the user interface. Considering the lack of customer service and difficulty of user interface, I give Twiser 1 out of 5 stars.

Review 2 As a business veteran I was looking for a tool to help me implement my strategy and I found Twiser. Its easy to use, intuitive and has a great user interface. Im able to create Objectives and Key Results and make them visible to the members of our team. The data also helps us to track progress. Its also really helpful that I can assign tasks to team members and track their execution and progress. I would give Twiser a 10/10 when it comes to value for money - the pricing is really really reasonable and the support response time is great. Supporting futuristic use cases? Yes Twiser does that. I can create new object and key results, set the score and adjust it if need be.

2 I recently tried Twisers Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software and to be honest, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The software was not user-friendly and it was difficult to understand how to use the different features. The cost of ownership was simply too high and I did not feel like I was getting value for money. The customer service was terrible, they seemed uninterested in helping me out and in the end, I just gave up and stopped using it. I have to give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

Review 1 TWISERs OKR Software really impressed me. It lives up to its promise to provide efficient goal setting and quick feedback to measure progress. It is among the few that doesnt just record data, but helps prioritize tasks for a more successful outcome. I found that creating objectives and Key Results was easy. In addition, the Calendar view was a great feature that helps decide when and how task should be tackled. Similarly, the “gather feedback†function is effective in getting real time insights into the performance of OKRs. The software also integrates well with most popular task management systems and I found the team collaboration feature to be very convenient. I think that TWISERs OKR software is a great tool that not only lets you add context to your project, but also helps you assess its effectiveness. It has a good value for money as it provides all the necessary features at a fraction of the cost. Overall, I am very pleased by the products vision and features. I would give it a 10/10.

As a procurement manager, I have had the pleasure of using the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software - Twiser over the past few months. Setting and tracking our teams KPIs has never been easier with the help of this software. The UI is fairly simple and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to get up and running with Twiser with little to no training. The Twiser team has an ambitious product vision and is always adding new features to make the product even better. The features of the product are quite advanced and make it easy to track and manage Objectives and Key Results. As a manager, I especially love the timeline feature which makes it easy to create timelines and projects. This product also allows team members to add notes, comments and feedback on tasks, ensuring everyone is on the same page. The real-time reporting gives a detailed overview of the objectives and their progress. Im quite satisfied with Twiser and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective Objectives and Key Results software. The product has evolved significantly over the past few months and the team behind it is doing a great job. The only issue I have with the product is that its quite expensive which may make it unaffordable for some teams. 8/10. Review 3

Having evaluated a variety of different solutions, I personally rate TWISERs OKR Software offerings highly. The software is designed with ease of use at the forefront and offers a wide range of features that are easy to understand and implement. A specific area of note was the softwares integration capabilities, with TWISER offering incredibly smooth synchronization of existing tools. This allows organizations to leverage the power of its comprehensive suite of features while migrating existing tools in no time. However, when it came to supporting some of the more complex use cases, the solution seemed to lag behind. It would not be able to keep up with the ever-changing landscape and did not provide the level of performance needed for more advanced use cases. Taking this into consideration, I rate TWISERs OKR Software offerings a 4 out of 5 for the time being.

I recently invested in TWISERs OKR Software offerings for our organization and am pleased with the results. The customer service team was great. They were both knowledgeable and professional in explaining the different features of the software to us. Detailed training materials were provided which helped make the setup process easier. The software is straightforward to use and we found it helpful in tracking progress and review achievements. The graphical interface was an invaluable tool for us to identify the overall health and progress of our projects from a top-down point of view. The only downside is that the software can be slow when dealing with large datasets. However, this is a minor complaint and does not affect the overall quality of the software. All in all, Id give TWISERs OKR Software offerings a 4 out of 5 stars. The customer service was great and the powerful features made it worth the investment. The only downside is the slow loading speed of larger datasets.

Twister OKR Software Review #4 My team and I recently decided to switch to Twisters OKR Software and, unfortunately, we cant say it has been worth the switch so far. Customer service is one of the areas we have struggled with reps are friendly, but response times are always slow and the generic answers provided rarely help us with any complex queries. Another issue that I want to raise is the lack of next-generation technology utilised in the software. The Twister team have obviously put effort into designing a usable interface, but the user experience for us has been underwhelming. As a Senior Manager, I cant rate Twister higher than 2/5 stars.

Twister OKR software review #1 As a Procurement Manager, Ive been looking for an OKR software that could offer great value for the money and bring an ease of use to the process. After coming across Twister, I decided to give it a try and see how it was going to work out. I am very happy to report that I now consider myself a satisfied user. The process setup takes essentially no time and Twister has walked me through the entire setup and configuration process with little effort. This can be attributed to the intuitive user interface incorporated into the software. I particularly appreciate the tools for setting personal goals, aligning team and individual OKR. The visualization tools offered by Twister have proved to be very useful to identify which objectives have been achieved and which ones are missing. I have also noticed a reduction in the number of human-hours allocated to filling out reports. The reports are also much better organized than before, so that I save time when Im looking for a specific piece of information. Additionally, the implementation of the SLA system has saved us a lot of resources in terms of customer satisfaction. Overall, I am very satisfied with Twister OKR software, and I give it a 9 out of 10 rating for the ease of use and value for money. Its been a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Review 4: In my experience, Twiser as an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) software falls flat. While their features may look good on paper, the usability and customer service is simply unbearable. The customer service is practically non-existent. I spoke with multiple representatives over a period of 6 days but was not able to fix my issue. This was despite me explaining my issue clearly and providing step by step instructions. The usability is terrible. The interface is quite clunky and slow and there are no clear guidelines on how to perform specific tasks. Additionally, the menu is hidden beneath layers of tabs and sub-menu, making it difficult to find specific settings. Due to the lack of customer service and difficult user interface, I give Twiser 1 out of 5 stars.

In order for them to understand the issue, I had to walk them through every single step. This was extremely upsetting. The usability of the software is hard to use and I feel like it should be more simplified. Despite having good features, the interface is still clunky and slow. It takes a few too many clicks to make a simple change, and the icons and buttons are small and hard to find. I believe the interface should be more intuitive, especially for those who are new to OKR software. I give Twiser 1 out of 5 stars due to its poor customer service and difficult user interface.

As a procurement manager Ive been using the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software - Twiser over the past few months. The software has made managing our teams objectives and KPIs much easier and more efficient. The UI is quite intuitive which also makes it easier for new users to get up and running with Twiser with very little training. Additionally, the product vision of the software is quite ambitious and the team behind Twiser is constantly adding new features to make the software even better. The features of Twiser are quite advanced. For instance, the timeline feature allows users to create timelines and track progress. Additionally, team members can also add notes and comments to tasks and objectives which ensures everyone is kept up to date. The software also offers real-time reports and analytics which give users an accurate overview of the progress of the objectives. Overall, Im quite satisfied with Twiser and would certainly recommend it. Its been a great help in managing our teams objectives and KPIs and the team behind Twiser has been continuously improving the product. The Brain feature helps us develop innovative strategies while the Fuel feature allows us to monitor our performance effectively. Twisers interface is quite intuitive and its very easy to set up new Objectives and Key Results. Once created, I can easily monitor how well the objectives are being met. The notifications are also great for tracking progress. In terms of value for money, I would give Twiser a 7/10 - its reasonably priced for what it offers, but if you want some more advanced features, you may have to pay more. It supports futuristic use cases by allowing me to create measures that will be relevant in the future.

I had initially high expectations and was looking to invest in a new OKR software but ended up disappointed after using Twiser. The customer service is abysmal. Not only are the customer service operators not knowledgeable about the software, but it took me quite some time before I was able to get help for my bug issue. After having to explain several times, I was still not able to get an answer nor a solution to my problem. The user interface is simply terrible. It takes too many clicks to make a simple change and even if I find an icon or a button, its too small to click on. Furthermore, the help menus are hidden out of reach and make it hard to find answers. I strongly believe the user interface should be designed keeping in mind the users who are new to OKR software. Overall, I give Twiser 1 out of 5 stars due to its lack of customer service and difficult user interface.

Review 1: Twiser as an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software is extremely difficult to use and customer service responsiveness is low. Despite having generally good features, it was still not enough to convince me to make a switch from my old OKR software. The most negative point of using Twiser was the customer service. The customer service operators are not at all knowledgeable with the workings of the software, and I had to explain several times for them to assist me with any issue. For example, I spoke with several customer service agents over 6 days and none of them managed to help me with a bug I was facing. This was despite me providing step-by-step instructions so that they could understand the issue. Additionally, Twiser is hard to use especially for those who are not familiar with the concepts of OKR software. There are so many menus hidden inside the dashboard that its hard to find the right settings and adjust parameters as desired. Even a simple change such as customizing the appearance of the dashboard takes more time than necessary. I give Twiser 1 out of 5 stars due to its poor customer service and difficult user interface.

Twister OKR software review #4 As a Procurement Manager, I was looking for cost-effective solutions that would bring me ease of use, value for money and great customer support. 3 My experience with Twiser as an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software has been nothing short of wonderful. It is easy to use, and allows setting clear objectives and key results in just a few clicks. Furthermore, progress can be monitored with ease, as well as ensuring alignment across multiple levels within the organization. Customer service is where Twiser really shines, though. Their team is incredibly prompt in responding to inquiries, and also provide thorough and clear explanations. They even went out of their way to provide support in resolving issues I had. It is without a doubt that Im giving their service a full A+ rating.

Having compared and evaluated a few different solutions, I can confidently say that TWISERs OKR Software offerings have been great. The interface is easy to use and the software offers impressive integrations capabilities. I found it quite impressive to see that TWISERs software allows existing tools and applications to be synchronized with ease. I also found the software to be quite reliable when supporting most use cases. However, when it comes to supporting more advanced use cases, the software wasnt as reliable as I would have liked. It seemed to lag behind in the ever-changing landscape and did not always offer the best performance level. Therefore when taking this into consideration, I rate TWISERs OKR Software offerings 4 out of 5 stars.

They are always providing helpful tips and advice which helps me make the most out of their platform. The value for money is also very good . The pricing is competitive and I have found that the features included for the cost outweigh my expectations. TWISERs OKR Software Review #3 - Value for Money I have to give TWISERs OKR Software offerings a 3/5 stars when it comes to value for money. As I mentioned, their pricing plans can be quite expensive, especially for small businesses that are just getting started. Although it is a solid solution for setting objectives and key results, I dont think that it is worth the cost that is associated with it. Also, there are other alternatives out there that offer similar features but come with a cheaper price tag. At the end of the day, TWISERs OKR Software may be a good investment for larger organizations with more demands and a larger budget, but for those with fewer requirements and lesser budgets, I would recommend looking for other options.

1 Im an industry veteran, and I must say that my experience with Twiser as a software for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) has been excellent. The software is highly intuitive and, more importantly, easy to use. Ive been able to set clear objectives and key results, track progress on them, and check for alignments across multiple levels within the organization. Plus, the customer service team at Twiser is second to none, as theyre always available to help out with any issues or inquiries you may have. They respond in an incredibly timely manner, provide in-depth explanations, and are more than happy to work with you on any issues you may be having. I would definitely rate Twisers customer service an A+.
