The software is very user friendly and easy to understand - even for an older person like me. Overall Innovation (4/5): The innovative software offered by Profit Focus was definitely a big selling point for me. The platform is cutting-edge and incorporates the latest technologies, making it easier to set and manage Objectives & Key Results. Additionally, the software is incredibly user-friendly and they have incorporated useful features like automated reminders as well as detailed and easily customizable reports, making it easier to stay organized and track progress. Despite this, I do find it a bit overwhelming and I wish the interface was a bit more intuitive.

Overall innovation & use of next generation technology: I recently decided to purchase Profit Focuss OKR Software and I am really disappointed with my purchase. The software is not at all equipped with the latest technologies and innovations, which is quite concerning. The user interface is not very user-friendly either. I was immediately amazed and impressed by their intuitive and user-friendly interface. Setting up the program and onboarding my team was straightforward, and I was able to work through the detailed video tutorials provided. Being able to track your progress and goals while visualizing it makes monitoring performance easy.
