It comes with automated object trackers to provide progress measurements and templates for quickly creating these OKRs. The centralized view of team objectives and activity also provides helpful insight into team performance. Plus, its futuristic use cases, such as AI-driven OKRs, are great for teams looking to push performance and stay ahead of the competition. However, the customer service could be better. The Help Center doesnt provide a lot of answers, and the tech support response times were quite slow. Additionally, I had difficulty setting up certain features, such as the AI-driven OKRs, and had to figure out solutions myself. Overall, Partners in Leadership, Inc.s OKR Software is a great tool for management teams. It offers a range of features that provide great support for futuristic use cases, but the customer service should be improved. I give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The software was limited in terms of futuristic use cases, making it difficult to use to its fullest potential. Due to the lack of support for emerging areas like AI and ML, Im rating this aspect of the experience with only two out of five stars. The product vision was also a major issue. It was impossible to understand what the company was trying to achieve with the software. We stayed in a perpetual state of confusion, meaning that the product vision earned them just one out of five stars. The product features were also subpar. The dashboard was too simplistic and the reports were non-existent. Analyzing the data was near-impossible, so I can only give this part of the software three out of five stars.

This lack of vision earned the product one out of five stars. The product features were also far from ideal. The dashboard failed to provide the necessary information, and there were no reporting capabilities. Analyzing the data was also impossible, so Im forced to rate this aspect with only three out of five stars.

It was very comprehensive and had some really useful features like the dashboard customization, which was great. I recently worked with Partners in Leadership, Inc. to try out their OKR software. While the product did have some interesting features, overall, the experience was negative. The biggest problem I experienced was the lack of support for futuristic use cases. OKRs are an incredibly powerful tool, but the software lacked the ability to expand into emerging areas like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Without these features, it was impossible to leverage the softwares full potential. Id rate my experience of the product as a whole in this regard with two out of five stars. The product vision also lacked any real, concrete features. During all the meetings we had, the company seemed focused on the idea of simply tracking OKRs, and didnt really invest in a tangible product vision. We couldnt figure out where the software was even trying to go, or what the company intended to accomplish. This was immensely frustrating, and it earned them just one out of five stars from me. The product features also werent perfect. The dashboard was too simplistic and didnt provide any real information, and the reporting capabilities were lacking. The analytical capabilities werent comprehensive enough to make heads or tails of the data. While I understand that the software is still in its early days, I still have to give it a rating of three out of five stars.
