Ive been using KAZOOs OKR Software for a few weeks now and am absolutely pleased with the results so far. The software is incredibly user-friendly, has great features like a customizable dashboard, and is super affordable. However, customer service still needs a bit of work before it will be our top recommendation. First, lets address the ease of use. KAZOOs OKR Software is incredibly user-friendly, which makes it a great option for tech-savvy individuals. We can quickly learn the basics, set objectives with key results, and create OKRs tailored to our needs with ready-to-use customizable templates. Thats a game-changer when it comes to tracking progress. KAZOOs OKR Software also offers great cost of ownership. We got up and running quickly, and the subscription-based model is great for scalability. We can add or remove users as needed, which isnt something we can say about many other solutions. That said, customer service still leaves something to be desired. Responses dont always come through quickly and it takes days to get meaningful communication. But, the good news is KAZOOs documentation is comprehensive and its easy to troubleshoot without help. All in all, Im very happy with KAZOOs OKR Software. While I was initially impressed with KAZOOs OKR Software offerings, I have to say Im a bit disappointed when it comes to cost of ownership. Although the cost of the software depends on the size of the company, I still feel like Im paying more than what I should be. I understand that the company has to make a profit, but Im sure that I can find an alternative software offering with similar features for a much lower cost. Having said that, I have found KAZOOs Software useful and Im actually quite happy with the functions it performs.
