When it comes to value for money, I do think Itacs offer a lot for a very small price. I chose their mid-tiered package and it had some great features that allowed me to manage my companys objectives even better. What I liked the most was the analytics module. Review 5 - itacss OKR Software I recently purchased itacss OKR Software and found it to be very useful for monitoring objectives and team performance. The product vision is excellent as it helps to simplify the process of aligning team goals across an organization. Im really impressed with the features I can customize user interface, get reports to track goals and use the insights for better decision making. 4 When I made the switch to the OKR Software provided by itacs, I was hopeful but the actual results have been far from good. Despite having a detailed guidebook, the technology of the product was extremely outdated and costly. With a range of compatibility and configuration issues, the onboarding process was especially grueling and not at all intuitive. Ultimately, Id give the software a two out of five for ease of use and a one out of five for value for money.

Overall Innovation and Use of Next Generation Technology - 4 stars Itacs OKR Software offering is quite innovative and encompasses a wide range of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing and machine learning. That said, I feel there were some areas Itacs could have improved on. The onboarding process was a bit too slow, clocking in at four days. I wished they had a smoother way of getting onboard so I could start using the software quickly. In particular, the platform allows teams to dive deep and explore the potential of their objectives. This feature works both as a predictive tool through which teams can anticipate potential outcomes, as well as an insights accelerator as teams can evaluate how their past actions can inform their future performance. I was also pleasantly surprised by how robust this platform is and how teams can easily scale their use cases in the future. This means that teams can develop their goals over time to explore more dynamic use cases with ease. This is a remarkable tool and definitely earns Itacs a 9 out of 10 in my book.

Review 2 - itacss OKR Software After using itacss OKR Software for business performance, Im impressed. Not only has it helped me to track objectives, its also a great tool for managing corporate culture. I can also coach people based on their Key Results and align them with companys objectives. The user interface is intuitive and I love that I can customize things to organize my team. Its so much easier to keep track of tasks and teams and run progress reports to evaluate performance. Plus, I can set notifications to keep everyone on task and ensure they are making progress. One thing I appreciate is that the product is completely integrated with Salesforce and Slack. It helps to save time and make integrations easier. All in all, I think its great software at an amazing price. I would rate the product vision and features 9/10 and the value for money 8/10.

Review 5: I have been using the Itacs OKR software for the past few months and I must say that it has been a great experience. The product is innovative and feature-rich, and the use of the next generation technology has helped to make the product even more efficient. The product vision and product features are quite intuitive, and I can set and manage my teams tasks and objectives with great ease. Key results animations, whiteboard rendering and seamless OKR analytics help me to make sense of the data and understand my teams performance at a glance. Additionally, the automated reminders and notifications have made things a lot easier. Overall, I have been quite pleased with this product. I give it a rating of 4.8/5 for its overall innovation, use of the next generation technology and product vision.

Usability and Performance - 3 stars The overall performance of the Itacs OKR software offering is satisfactory, and usage of the platform is quite straightforward. However, I did find that certain features and results did not work as expected, and were sometimes unreliable in their delivery. Moreover, the solutions are heavily dependent on manual processes, which could be further streamlined with automation. Further, the entire platform could do with faster response times. This can be achieved through better code optimization.

OKR Software Review 1: Interoperability & Integration - 8/10 As an experienced consultant and subject matter expert with a specialization in OKR software offerings, Ive had the privilege of closely evaluating Itacss solutions. What I found were two highly user-friendly, cutting-edge features: interoperability and integration. The software is intuitive and allows users to effortlessly connect with a wide variety of external systems. This allows existing workflow systems to remain intact while simultaneously integrating team goals. I was also impressed by the way this platform seamlessly integrates with many popular modern software solutions, such as Salesforce, Sharepoint, and many enterprise-grade application suites. This makes it a great choice for teams looking to scale their OKR objectives. Yet, I also feel that Itacs could have gone one step further with this feature. Adding more seamless integrations across a wider set of platforms would have made this feature even more impressive. It definitely gets an 8 out of 10 from me.

"I recently used Itacss OKR Software offerings and their customer service was off the charts. The sales rep I worked with was responsive to my needs and patient with my questions. They gave me several options, both cost-wise and functionality-wise, that allowed me to make an informed decision. But what really surprised me was the after-sales support. The team was quick to address any queries I had, even on weekends. They just kept going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with their software and how to use it. So Im giving them top marks for customer service.

1 I recently decided to explore the OKR Software offerings by itacs to set five-year goals. While its great that the software encourages ambitious goal-setting, the actual execution of using this product is majorly lacking. Ive found the user-experience to be extremely confusing, with much of the existing IT architecture not imported correctly, leading to unrealistically long set-up times. In terms of value for money, the software feels way too pricey for the troubles it causes, and with its current user-experience, Id rate it two out of five for ease of use and just one out of five for value for money.

I recently started using Itacs OKR software and I have to say that the overall experience has been excellent. They have really figured out how to leverage the latest and greatest technology to provide their customers with an effective, efficient and user-friendly OKR platform. For example, their goal reports are super fast, produced using secured infrastructures that allow the user to store and analyze goal progress data quickly and accurately. Not to mention, their dashboard is also extremely intuitive and well organized, with a modern interface and collaborative features that make it easy for me to stay on top of day-to-day progress. Ease of Use - 4 stars Itacs OKR software offerings have a fairly easy learning curve and provides a smooth user experience overall. Furthermore, their user interfaces are very easy to work with and allows quick set up even for newcomers in the field. I was pleased to find the help manuals and other documents quite elaborate and immaculately composed for quick reference. Despite this, I did find certain areas causing unnecessary confusion, however, I believe this can be rectified easily with proper improvements.

Cost of Ownership - 3 stars OKR Software offerings by Itacs have some of the most competitive rates in the marketplace and are mostly quite reasonable. I believe they are in the lower-middle range in terms of cost of ownership. The pricing model and discount structures are appealing, however, I did find them to be hidden away in the support documents. I feel the pricing should be more upfront and transparent. Furthermore, while the engine itself works acceptably in certain areas, I found the customer support service to be quite lacklustre and often unhelpful when even the most basic of queries were made, thus decreasing the overall value delivered.
