Unfortunately, I must say that the product vision, features and pricing are just not up to par with the rest. For starters, I was not particularly impressed with the product vision. The organizational structure was alright, but it lacked many of the features that other OKR software have, which I think should have been included. Additionally, customer support was quite good and responsive, but I still felt like they could have done a better job. The pricing was also quite expensive compared to its competitors. It is understandable that they want to charge a premium for their product, but I felt like it was too expensive for what you get. Overall, I would not recommend ClickUp as an OKR software for companies. It has a mediocre product vision, lacks features and is expensive for what you get. There are definitely better alternatives out there.

At the lower tier, some of the features feel a bit cramped and limited. On the higher end plans, however, the pricing is more sensible, with discounts for long-term plans and a free tier for occasional users. All things considered, Id give it a 6/10 rating. The customer service team at ClickUp definitely deserves a shoutout. Every time Ive reached out, theyve been extremely helpful and patient with me. Review 4 I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with ClickUp on their OKR Software. They were very quick to respond and understand our requirements. Additionally, the onboarding process was much smoother than expected, thanks to their friendly customer service team. The software offers various tools and features to help with team collaboration, such as group chats and task management. It is also equipped with reporting and monitoring features that make tracking objectives and key results a breeze. Unfortunately, we found that the user interface was a bit slow while switching back and forth between different tasks. Additionally, we noticed that some of the features were not quite as intuitive as we had expected. Overall, I would say that ClickUps OKR Software is a great choice for smaller organizations that are looking for an easy-to-use, user-friendly software. However, larger organizations may find it less suitable. Rating: 3.5/5

Review 3 OKR Software by ClickUp I recently had the pleasure of working with OKR Software by ClickUp and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. From the simple user interface to the AI-based automation features, the product was intuitive, powerful and user friendly. On top of that, the software offers up cutting edge features like bug tracking, task management, and chatbot functionality. This allows team members to easily collaborate with one another and streamlines vital processes for us so we can focus more of our time on the actual objectives. The ease of use was great as well. Setting goals and tracking progress were incredibly easy and intuitive, with progress updates and analytics presented in a clear and concise manner. Overall I was really impressed with the OKR software by ClickUp. It was a great tool to help us meet the objectives of our organization and I will be sure to use it again. Ease of use: 9/10 Overall Innovation: 8.5/10

As a business partner with Clickups OKR Software, I have found the platform and services to be satisfactory. The user interface is straightforward, and the format makes it easy for all members of our team to learn and use the software. Their customer support team is also quite helpful when I have questions or encounter any issue relating to the software. However, I am not entirely satisfied with the interoperability and integration capabilities of Clickups OKR Software. I have experienced some difficulty consolidating our OKRs and data due to some compatibility issues with their API. This has caused some delays in improving our workflow and responsiveness, which is an issue that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, Clickups OKR Software is satisfactory and efficient. I would rate the software 3.5 out of 5 stars due to the interoperability and integration issues.

Review 2: I recently implemented ClickUps OKR Software for my small business and can already appreciate the many different benefits it has brought to our operations. The software is incredibly comprehensive in its capabilities, allowing us to set objectives, build goals, and measure progress by each individual employee. The software is of course cloud-based, allowing us to access and manage data anywhere, at anytime. Whats more, the cutting-edge technology incorporated into the software allows users to collaborate in real-time and make use of interactive features to better understand progress. All in all, I am delighted with ClickUps OKR Software and believe that its low cost of ownership, modern design and comprehensive capabilities make it a great choice for any small business.
