Their solutions are extremely innovative and provide some impressive features such as real-time performance monitoring, issue identification and resolution, as well as extensive security features. These features do make our job a lot easier and safer, which I do appreciate. However, there are some issues with usability that I have noticed.
The user interface of their solutions is quite confusing at times and can be difficult to navigate. This is a huge problem for us as we need to work quickly and accurately and the usability issues do slow us down. Additionally, their customer service is also quite slow and, at times, unhelpful. These issues can be improved and I am hoping the team will take note and fix the usability issues that I have noticed.'

Whenever I need help the team is always available to assist and provide the solutions that I’m looking for.
Their solutions are incredibly innovative and up to date with the latest industry standards. They possess some great features such as real-time network performance monitoring, issue identification and resolution, and many more. Additionally, their solutions also provide us with great security capabilities that are well beyond industry standards.
In terms of the usability of their solutions, it definitely makes our lives a lot easier. The features are laid out in an intuitive way, making it easier for us to work with them. As a small business owner, I am always looking to ensure the best performance of my company’s network. After extensive research, I chose to go with Wireshark Network Monitoring Software and the results have been overwhelmingly positive.
Wireshark’s platform allows us to use protocol analysis to identify and solve any issues with our network. We also were able to easily set up user-defined rules with their help. Furthermore, the software also allowed us to catch any malicious activity that was on our system.
In terms of compatibility, Wireshark was able to work with many formats and technologies which enabled us to easily integrate these services into our system. Also, you can view the data from currently collected information in multiple formats such as text, hex and postscript.
The cost of this software was certainly affordable, given the features and performance of the product. We were able to reduce our expenses related to network breakdowns thanks to this platform.
The customer service team of Wireshark is extremely helpful and responsive while the user interface is easy to use. Overall, I would rate Wireshark a 4/5 for both value for money and interoperability.'

I was also quite impressed with the cost of ownership offered by Wireshark. I quickly noticed the budget-friendly pricing model that Wireshark offers and have been utilizing it for the past 3 years for our organization’s network needs. The low-cost of the product means that small to medium businesses are not lacking in comprehensive network monitoring capabilities.
What’s more, setup of the software is free and also quite straightforward, meaning that I’ve been able to quickly deploy Wireshark’s product on our network. Overall, I’ve found it to be a great value for the money.

Having used Wireshark for Network Monitoring for our company’s internal networks for over five years now, I can safely say that their integration and interoperability features are of a very high standard. With a single download, the software can be distributed to multiple departments in our organization and everyone can coordinate their monitoring efforts effectively. Wireshark’s compatibility with various major operating systems and its easy and straightforward installation process, means that we only need to purchase one license regardless of the system being used. This makes it cost-effective and convenient. We use a variety of applications and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, VoIP, etc. for our network monitoring and Wireshark integrates easily with most of them.

Their solutions are incredibly up to date with the latest technology and offer some of the most advanced features available. Their solutions provide us with the necessary security capabilities and performance monitoring that we need to stay safe. Additionally, they are also great when it comes to issue identification and resolution.
The usability of their solutions is great too and the features are all laid out in a very intuitive way. This makes it easy for us to find and use the features. I do however feel that they need to improve their customer service as it can take a long time to get help from them. All in all, I am happy with the quality of their solutions and services and would recommend them to others.'
