I am a senior manager at a big IT company, and we recently started using Atera for our network monitoring. Although the software provides much of the same features offered by other companies that provide similar services, I was really impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It was also easy to setup and configure, which was great.
However, I believe Atera's weakest point is its failure to support futuristic use cases. We needed the ability to run automated tests and predictive analysis, which the software simply cannot do. This is a shame, as the software's other features are quite robust.
The cost of ownership is very reasonable, however, and I have been very satisfied with the customer service. Whenever we run into any issues, we just open up a ticket, and they are extremely fast with their response.
All in all, I cannot comment on the performance of the software overall yet, as it is too early to tell. Nevertheless, it certainly seems to have a lot of potential. In its current state, I would give Atera's Network Monitoring Software a 4/5.'

We started using Atera for our network monitoring needs a few months ago and I have been quite pleased with the software overall. It is easy to use, and the interface is very user-friendly. Setup and configuration were straightforward and didn't prove to be too much of an issue.
On the flip side, lack of support for futuristic use cases is a notable downside. As much as I would like to keep using Atera, the fact is that it cannot match the level of service offered by our competitors. This needs to be addressed if Atera really wants to stay competitive in the market.
The cost of ownership is decent enough and customer service has been nothing but accommodating. Whenever there's a problem or an issue, someone from the team is always willing to help us out.
Ultimately, I believe Atera's Network Monitoring Software has a lot of potential but needs to address some of its current drawbacks. I would give it a 3/5.'

As a Director of a multinational company, it’s been my responsibility to explore various network monitoring software options and eventually make an informed decision regarding the product that’s best suited for our business. After trying out Atera’s Network Monitoring Software, I firmly believe that we’ve made the right choice.
First off, Atera’s software offers incredible value for money. Although the plans can range from reasonably expensive to costly, I experienced a great deal of ease when deciding on which option to choose. Compared to the features and usability of the product, the cost is definitely worthwhile.
Furthermore, the innovation that this software piqued my interest in a very big way. This is a young company, but the features it provides (for example, comprehensive reporting) are both comprehensive and future-oriented, making it a great choice for long-term network monitoring.
Lastly, I was mainly impressed with the helpful customer service. When I experienced any technical issues, they were able to provide assistance in a very timely and professional manner.
