The product vision is great because it allows for the mining industry to transition from traditional to more modern methods with ease. We found it really easy to manage and upgrade the product, given the low cost of ownership.
The cost of ownership is incredibly reasonable. We were able to save big on maintenance costs and have a considerably less disruption than before. My team was also able to spend less time on maintenance and more time on the task at hand.
The features are absolutely amazing. The analytics gave us great insight into the environment we were working with. We could quickly act upon the resources available to us and not waste our time on unnecessary processes.
I would rate this product 4/5 stars. Not only does it provide great value at a great cost, but the features are top notch. Highly recommend giving it a go.'

I recently trialed RocPlane’s Mining Software and was blown away by its feature set, product vision and cost of ownership. It really is a great value for money product.
The product vision really helped us transition from older mining technologies to more modern ones with minimal disruption and expense. This was especially helpful when it came to upgrades as it was surprisingly efficient to manage and upgrade the product.
The cost of ownership is fantastic. Not only did we reduce our expenditure on maintenance costs, but we were also able to reduce our downtime, allowing us to become much more productive.
Finally, the features are among the best I have seen in a mining software product. The advanced analytics allowed us to get the most out of our resources. We were able to gain pertinent insight into our environment and quickly act accordingly.

Even though I'm new to the mining field, I was able to get up and running almost instantly just by playing around with the central dashboard.
The customer service has been a mixed bag. The support staff has generally been friendly and appears genuinely interested in helping me find solutions, however, I felt they didn't always provide me with the most accurate advice. That's why I'm only giving them a three out of five.
The software has also proved to be highly interoperable and easily integrates with other solutions without any problems. This is an important consideration for me as I frequently need to export data.

I recently tried out the RocPlane Mining Software. The program has some useful features, but there are a few flaws that I found troublesome.
RocPlane Miner Software offers a good selection of features. It allows users to simulate and manage their mining projects. It also enables users to track their costs in order to stay within budgets. Additionally, the software contains visualizations that help miners understand their operation better.
Despite this, I found the user-interface to be far from ideal. RocPlane Mining Software is not very intuitive. It takes time to get the hang of the interface and the program in general. Additionally, I have encountered bugs on several screens. These problems made it difficult to get my work done efficiently.
Therefore, I do not think RocPlane Mining Software has the best value for money. Unless the usability issues are addressed, the software will remain inadequate. For these reasons, my rating on the product is 2 stars out of 5.'

This software has significantly improved our accuracy and productivity. We have saved a lot of time and energy previously spent on manual processes. Also, the team has been extremely helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. They even have a great FAQ page that offers detailed instructions and helpful tips. The one downside we have found is that the setup process can be a bit complicated. If you have never used a software solution like this before, it can be a bit daunting. We also found RocPlane's Mining Software to be very user-friendly and effective. We were able to seamlessly integrate it with our existing CRM stack and the automated customer success features allowed us to increase our productivity and minimize costs.

I had the great pleasure of trying out RocPlane’s Mining Software offering recently. As the R&D head of a large mining enterprise, I remain deeply impressed with its Vision, Cost and Product Features.
The software’s product vision is fantastic in the way that it allows for high end features while also maintaining a low cost. We were able to invest in quality tools at an affordable price. The product vision also allowed us to easily transition from older to newer mining technologies.
The cost of ownership of this software was also great value. We were able to save time and money on maintenance costs. It was incredibly easy to upgrade and manage on a yearly basis. This not only allowed us to save on costly upgrades, but also, more importantly, gave our personnel in the mining industry more time to focus on the task at hand.
The features of this product were also great. The mining software boasted advanced analytics, allowing us to gain insights of the environment we were working in. We were able to get more in-depth information about our resources and quickly act upon it. This has helped us reduce downtime in our mining operations.
I would give RocPlane’s Mining Software a 4/5 stars. It's product vision, cost and features make it an incredible value and one of the best mining softwares I have had the pleasure of trying.'

First, the software feels dated, and slightly out of touch with the current state of data mining and analytics. Furthermore, I found the customer service to be wanting, as I was unable to get any personalized help for our company’s needs despite having the subscription. Second, the actual implementation of the software was difficult and time consuming. Despite not having any programming skills, I was expecting to be able to get a more user-friendly setup. The graphical user interface was also below average.

We found that there was enough customization available that we didn’t have to attempt to “hack†the software to make it work for us. We also had a very positive experience with RocPlane in terms of ease-of-use. The features and user interface were intuitive, and the navigation was logical and straightforward. We were able to quickly and accurately configure our settings in the software, and didn’t have to waste a lot of time troubleshooting; the help documentation was very helpful and easy to access. We were able to quickly get it up to speed, and man it with minimal effort.

I was on the lookout for a reliable mining software solution and I found that in RocPlane. I was attracted to their next generation technology and the way it improved the overall mining process and efficiency. The development process for RocPlanes Mining Software offering was definitely not user friendly. I found there were too many steps with multiple errors and bugs popping up. The interface also wasnt as intuitive as I expected. Also, the tutorial was confusing and outdated. I felt that I was struggling just to make the product seem basic. 3 When I chose RocPlane as my Mining Software I was sceptical about the product and its features and I am happy to say that I am proven wrong. The product vision is awesome and I could make the full use of its powerful features. I saved a chunk of time as well as money and most importantly the automated system of report-generation was a cherry-on-top. I was able to customize the product to fit my own preferences and the customer service was wonderful. The fees were perfectly reasonable, giving me the full value for my money. 4 Ive been using the RocPlane Mining Software to great success. The product vision was perfectly designed, making the software extremely user friendly. Prices for similar products can add up quickly, but RocPlane offered a great package for a low cost. We were able to purchase a single-site license for multiple users and got a great deal. Its inexpensive and has a user-friendly interface. Im able to control my mining rigs, monitor performance, and configure settings all in a few easy steps. However, there are a few downsides to RocPlane. For starters, its learning curve can feel intimidating. While the user interface is pretty intuitive, I found it difficult to understand how to configure more advanced settings. On top of this, support staff were hard to contact, and their response time was pretty slow. All in all, Im giving RocPlane a 2/5 rating. It does have potential, but I think it could use some improvements in features and customer service.
