'I have been using CorePlan's Mining Software offering for the past several months and I must say that I'm generally very pleased. The customer service team has been extremely responsive when we have had questions or needed assistance, and their response times have always been well within acceptable parameters. This has made the whole process of setting up and using the miner extremely smooth and efficient, and I highly rate the customer service team with a strong 9/10.
The miner itself is also great value for money - given its features and its ability to mine large amounts of data in a short space of time. It has reduced our research times significantly and has proved to be quite cost-effective in the end. I give the value-for-money for the miner an 8/10.
The user-friendliness of the miner is also excellent. It has a very intuitive user-interface that makes it easy for our teams to understand and use the miner. I give the miner's user-friendliness a 9/10.
The only issue that I could mention is the miner's speed - it tends to take a few minutes before the results come back. This isn't really too big of an issue, however it would be beneficial if the miner could give us the results even faster. I give the miner's speed a 7/10.
In conclusion, I'm quite pleased with CorePlan and their Mining Software offering. It is an excellent program that can help streamline any R&D project and get results quickly. I would highly recommend it, and I give CorePlan's Mining Software offering an overall rating of 8.7/10.'

Internally, my team has been using CorePlan Mining Software for quite a while now and I thought Id provide a review on it. Overall, its an okay software as far as mining software goes and it has some nice features. However, I find two major areas lacking in CorePlan and that is Interoperability and integration and Customer service. Interoperability and integration is where CorePlan really lacks. The ability to integrate the software with other third-party applications is non-existent and while the mining tasks can be done fairly easily, any kind of integration is severely lacking. My team had several attempts to get CorePlan to work with other software and we ran into several issues that werent solved. We eventually had to just contain our mining operations to within CorePlan which isnt ideal. Rating: 4/10 The second major problem I have with CorePlan is the customer service. The team is available during some working hours but the responsiveness to our queries is abysmal. The customer service staff seem unintelligent and often directs our queries to the wrong person. This ends up wasting our time and theirs as well. We have had tons of problems for which there wasnt a satisfactory response given by the customer service staff. Rating: 3/10 In conclusion, CorePlan Mining Software isnt all bad, but two major areas greatly hinder its performance, at least in my organization. Interoperability and integration as well as customer service both require immediate attention and improvements if CorePlan wants to remain a viable product. Rating: 6/10

On the one hand, their software is quite affordable compared to their competitors. But thats where the positives end. Everything else costs money, and it adds up. The large initial setup cost alone can be prohibitively expensive for cash-strapped companies. They also include a licensing fee that ranges from expensive to outrageous depending on your mining operations. If you perform frequent mining operations, the cost of CorePlans software increases as well. This can make things particularly difficult for small companies that dont have much room for financial wiggle room. Overall, CorePlans cost of ownership is a tad too expensive for our budget.

I recently implemented CorePlan at our mining site and I must say that Im disappointed with its performance. We initially expected the software to simplify the task of mining and streamline the whole operation. Sadly, that has not been the case and after thorough analysis, I believe that the main issue here lies in the product vision. It simply doesnt match with what we had imagined and thus has failed to satisfy our R&D needs. As for the product features, CorePlan does have a few useful ones, but none of them compensate for the numerous defects within the system. Furthermore, it simply lacks the interoperability and integration features that we need. Despite improving stability over a few months of usage, its ease of use left much to be desired. There were multiple functions that provided no real benefit to the user and simple navigational aids such as search boxes and quick links were non-existent. Furthermore, the outdated aesthetic is simply not suitable for supporting futuristic use cases. Although I am slightly disappointed with the user experience, I must highlight the amazing support that CorePlan provides. Their team are always prompt in attending to our issues and requests and the regular software updates have vastly improved the products stablility. In short, CorePlans Mining Software offerings gets mixed ratings from me as its user experience is underwhelming but its support is admirable. Since I have been working with CorePlan Mining Software for some time, I thought Id provide a short review of it. Interoperability and integration is one of the major areas that CorePlan lacks. The integration with third-party software is almost non-existent and despite several attempts to get CorePlan to work with another software, none were successful. This limits the mining tasks to within the software which is far from ideal. Rating: 3/10 Additionally, the customer service staff arent entirely helpful. We had several queries which werent answered properly and the staff seemed to name a wrong person most of the times. This ended up wasting our time, as well as the customer service staffs time. As such, several of our problems remain unsolved. Rating: 2/10 All things considered, CorePlan Mining Software isnt the worst software out there, but the two issues with Interoperability and integration and Customer service do drag it down considerably. I would appreciate if the team behind CorePlan would work on these two major areas so that CorePlan can reach its full potential. Rating: 4/10

The customer service has excelled - they are always available to answer any questions and they are quick to resolve any issues that arise. I would rate the customer service a 10/10.
The miner itself is also quite cost efficient and provides good value-for-money. It has certainly saved us time by cutting our research times significantly, and the overall cost has been quite reasonable. I give the value-for-money for the miner an 8/10.
The miner is also very user-friendly, which is a great plus for our teams. It has a very intuitive user-interface that makes it easy to understand and use the miner, and this has helped our teams to get up-to-speed quickly. I give the miner's user-friendliness a 9/10.

CorePlan Mining Software Review #4: Like many other users, I was somewhat wary of using CorePlans Mining Software offerings as reviews spoke of its difficulty in use. After using it for a few months, I can say that while there were certain areas of improvement, user experience was not necessarily the worst. Out of the box, the software was feature-rich yet there was a lack of simple navigational aids. The interface was overall complex as there were several features which were inessential, making it cumbersome for users to locate specific items or settings in the software. On top of that, its outdated aesthetic does not work for use in a futuristic environment. That being said, I must give due credit to CorePlan for the fantastic support that the company provides. Software updates were provided regularly and the team would actively attend to any queries or issues that I have. Having tried CorePlan Mining Software myself, I thought Id provide a review of the product. CorePlans user interface is one of its best features and the overall design is quite nice. However, there are two major areas I find glaringly lacking in the software and that is Interoperability and integration as well as customer service. Interoperability and integration between CorePlan and third-party software is paltry and it is very difficult to get the two to work together. Several attempts were made to get CorePlan to work with another software and it was an utter failure. We had no choice but to keep the mining operations limited to CorePlan itself, which obviously isnt ideal. Rating: 5/10 Furthermore, the customer service staff isnt all that helpful or educated. Many queries were directed to the wrong person which resulted in a waste of our time. As such, many of our problem have not been properly addressed and I am quite disappointed with the customer service in CorePlan. Rating: 3/10 Overall, the user interface and design is nice, but CorePlan Mining Software doesnt have the interconnectivity between third-party software and doesnt provide up to the mark customer service. These major issues need to be tackled first before CorePlan Mining Software can be considered as a viable option. Rating: 5/10

When things didn't go as planned, they were quick to come back and find a solution. I give CorePlan's customer service a strong 9/10.
The miner is also very cost-effective and delivers great value for money. At first, the cost of running the miner seemed almost too good to be true. However, after seeing the results (with a decrease in research time and an increase in productivity), I'm happy to say that the miner was actually a great value. I give the value-for-money a 9/10.
The miner is also fairly user-friendly which has made it easier for our teams to use. We haven't run into too many issues with the miner, and they have all been addressed and resolved timely. I give CorePlan's user-friendliness a 9/10.
The only thing that I could say could be improved is the miner's speed. While the miner does a great job of mining the data that we need, it takes a few minutes for us to get the results. While this isn't a huge issue, I think it would be beneficial if the miner was able to give us results a bit faster. I give CorePlan's miner speeds a 7/10.

Review 5: CorePlans Mining Software solutions have been a great asset for our operations. It is indeed a powerful tool that can easily be utilized to streamline operations for maximum efficiency. Their features are very user-friendly and require minimal configuration. The data visualization options are also very intuitive and their cost-saving process is absolutely impeccable. I do think their customer service could use some improvements, but overall the offering is a great one and deserves a 3.5/5 rating.
