“Emergency Alert System”
This emergency alert system is used by our campus to send out alerts when the entire student body and faculty/staff need to be alerted to a situation. It handles phone calls, emails, and texts messages very well. The speed of the alerts being received is great. Currently we do not have a system set up to load numbers manually added to the system by our end users into our main records database.

From a programmer''s perspective, We upload an extract to Rave with all active students'' and employees'' emergency information. When the police station sends a notification, they use the list of people in the extract we create from the database.
