As a veteran in the marketing automation industry, I’ve used many products to get my campaigns up and running, and Sendinblue is one of the best that I’ve found. It features an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes creating newsletters and automated campaigns a breeze, and it includes a wealth of helpful features, like a deep contact database and A/B testing to allow you to get your message out to the right people.
The platform also boasts a powerful set of tools designed to support the growth and scalability of your business. The integrated machine learning algorithms learn over time and automate tasks like segmentation and customer journey tracking. I love the fact that their contact database continually updates itself with enriched data from publicly available social networks, improving the chances of success for my campaigns.
Perhaps most impressive of all is Sendinblue’s support for advanced use cases like Chatbot automation and Dynamic Content. However, I found the platform to be a little slow at times and, while the customer service team was helpful, I did find the system a bit complex to wrap my head around. But overall I would still recommend SendinBlue for any businesses wishing to automate their marketing campaigns.

'We recently held a review with the purpose of selecting a new marketing automation software and Sendinblue came out on top. The ease of use was a major factor, with a modern, easy to navigate interface that was refined and well-suited for our needs. The signup process was also incredibly simple, with no technical degree required for setup. For these reasons I'd give Sendinblue an 8/10 on Ease of use.
Moving onto interoperability and integration, I'm pleased to report that the transition was without any major issues. We were quickly able to connect with our current CRM and email software via Sendinblue and the data import process went smooth. Setting up automated workflows also proved to be quite simple. On this front I'd give Sendinblue a 9/10.
Overall, it's been a positive experience working with Sendinblue. Compared to other marketing automation tools we have used, the platform is a great value for a great price. We've experienced great results without any hassles, and the technical support team is always quick to respond.'
