After using SAS Institute Incs marketing automation offering, I can confidently say that Im impressed. Right from the get-go, I was interested in their product vision which focused heavily on leveraging data analytics and automation for marketing. To drive this vision, it has a great list of features, such as real-time segmentation, deliverability tracking, and AI support. I was also satisfied with the ease of use, as all processes and features worked flawlessly with minimal effort. Regarding the cost of ownership, it was quite reasonable given all the features on offer. The interconnectivity and integration features were also up to the mark, with little to no issues during integration into our systems. As for the companys stability and maturity, I was not worried at all, as they have been around for decades and are generally reliable. Innovation was also the key factor for us, as it allowed us to take advantage of cutting-edge technology for streamlining our complex processes. Their customer service was also knowledgeable and helpful throughout the course of our implementation which was really appreciated. Supporting futuristic use cases also helped us stay ahead of the competition and allowed us to plan for the future. Lastly, the use of next-gen technology and the affordability of the product make it well worth the investment.Rating: 9/10
