I recently purchased Salesforce.com Inc.s marketing automation offerings and Im impressed by what the company has to offer. The product vision is ambitious and the potential for this platform is high. I was able to quickly personalize my user experiences with the automated marketing workflows and personalized messaging that Salesforce has built in. Im using the platform to target different user personas and can honestly say that Im seeing great results. The products features are customizable and intuitive, making it easy to create effective automated processes for the various user personas Im targeting. Not only does Salesforce make it easy to setup these processes, but each feature is connected and works seamlessly together. As for the cost of ownership, Salesforce is more than fair. Theres not only a great free trial period, but their pricing model is more than reasonable. Furthermore, the platform easily integrates with other systems, so theres no need to make any drastic changes to our current setup. Given the companys maturity in the market, I can confidently say that investing in Salesforces marketing automation offering was the right choice for me. Their customer service is top-notch and the supporting materials are incredibly helpful. Its clear that the company is on a mission to help make the lives of their customers easier and theyre succeeding at it. Overall, Im extremely pleased with the product and I rate it four out of five stars. Salesforce.com Inc. is an innovator and its marketing automation offerings are up to the task. Its the perfect platform for anyone who wants to supercharge their marketing efforts and automate their customer experiences. Its worth every penny.
