I recently had the pleasure of being an end user of IBASETs Manufacturing Execution Systems. From the very start, I was impressed with the technical features of the system — from the automated workflow and process creation to the comprehensive in-process data capture. As a user, I also appreciated the effort to ensure that futuristic applications are supported -- for instance, being able to use the system for predictive analytics and machine learning.
The cost of the system was also very reasonable and I got a good return on my investment. It was also good to see that IBASET is a financially stable player with ongoing R&D and innovation prospects. Moreover, their supply chain operations and production capacity are top-notch which adds significant value to the overall proposition.
I also found the team highly accommodating and supportive in terms of customising the system to our needs. Furthermore, they have very good availability and turnaround times — usually within a matter of days — to get the issues resolved. This provides an extra layer of reassurance that you are in good hands.
In conclusion, I would rate IBASETs Manufacturing Execution Systems a 4.5 stars out of 5 for its excellent technical features and capacity, cost effectiveness and great support system.

From the ability to automate your workflows and processes to capturing in-process data, the system offers everything a modern business needs to operate efficiently and cost-effectively. Also, I am thankful for the support of futuristic applications like predictive analytics and machine learning, which helps to stay ahead of the competition.
The cost of the system was also not an issue. With the competitive pricing, great ROI and steady financial stability of IBASET, I had no misgivings on purchasing the system. On the technical side, their supply chain operations, production capacity and research and development & innovations are worth mentioning. The capability of customising the system according to ones needs is a great positive too.
Preserving the uptime of the system is also essential, and IBASET takes it personally. They have exceptional availability, turnaround time and response times to address any issues that crop up. All in all, they have done great work to ensure user satisfaction.
I strongly recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable and quality MES. Based on my experience with the product, I rate it 4 stars out of 5 for its technical details, cost efficiency and great customer service.
