I recently had the privilege of using the managed services from Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and I can confidently recommend them to other users. I really liked their product vision, as it was tailor-made for our requirements. The features met all of our needs in terms of sophistication, scalability and robustness. The interoperability & integration capability provided was a huge time saver and allowed us to quickly get up & running. The cost of ownership was quite reasonable & the customer service proved to be exceptional. The customer service team was always there to help us out & they truly made us feel valued as a customer. The use of next-generation technology was a key factor in selecting Tatas managed services. Not only were the features powerful & innovative, but the application was also highly reliable. We were able to develop use cases for the future without worrying about the technology becoming obsolete. The companys stability and maturity has also given us peace of mind about the future. Considering all of the factors, I give Tatas managed services offering a 4.8-star rating.

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. has provided me with an exceptional managed services offering. They have all the features that we needed at a very competitive cost of ownership. The products were quite innovative and the customer service I received was second to none. The team at Tata was very patient with us and always willing to answer our questions. Their in-depth solutions, software and integration capability created a huge amount of value. We are now able to better serve our clients and use the platform to get to deeper analytics. One of the things that I found most interesting was the way they leveraged next-generation technology. They were clearly fully aware of the latest developments in our industry as they helped us create use cases that are futuristic and necessary. As a user persona, I feel fully supported by Tatas managed services offering. I feel that my investment in their services have already paid off. For their innovation, customer service and feature rich offerings, I give the Tatas managed services 4.5 stars.

I recently hired Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. for their managed services offerings and must say that I am pleased with their product vision, features, ability to seamlessly integrate and interoperate with existing systems, and overall innovation. Tata has created a great product that provides tremendous value for money. On top of that, their customer service and use of next-generation technology puts them ahead of the competition. From the beginning their team was completely connected with our needs and proactive when it came to helping us approach it in the best possible way. As a user persona, I truly appreciate the ease of use and the configurations they provided us. Operationally, this has helped us cut down on our costs of ownership and improve the delivery of our services. Another benefit was having Tatas maturity and stability back us up. Personally, I never had any concerns that they wouldnt meet our expectations. They surely did and I cannot say enough good stuff about their products. I would say that Tatas managed services have enabled me and my team to do more with less. It allows for fast implementation, supports futuristic use cases, and is cost-effective. Overall, I give them 5 stars.
