I recently had the chance to use GEOBLINKs location analytics offering and overall have had a negative experience. I was initially excited about their product vision and its value proposition of easily mapping user personas and heatmaps. However, I quickly found that the product lacked many important features and the user interface was not as intuitive as I had hoped. I also was not too pleased with the cost of ownership, it felt a bit expensive for what was being offered. Additionally, GEOBLINK was difficult to integrate with other applications and the interoperability was sadly subpar. The companys level of maturity and stability felt lacking, which I found to be quite concerning. Furthermore, customer service was almost non-existent and I had to wait for a long time for any response. I would not recommend GEOBLINKs offering, it does not offer the value for money that I was expecting. Rating: 2/5

Additionally, the cost of ownership and pricing structure were a bit expensive and rigid - I was not able to find a suitable package that meets my requirements. The integration process was also a bit complex and not as user friendly as I had hoped. Additionally, I found that the company wasnt as stable and mature as other companies I have dealt with. Furthermore, their customer service also wasnt up to my expectation as I had to wait quite a while before they responded to my issue. With all this considered, I would not recommend GEOBLINKs offering. Rating: 2.5/5

Moreover the company is incredibly stable and mature, so Im not worried about reliability or longevity. I was particularly pleased with the customer support, who provided much needed assistance when I encountered an issue.
