I was able to get around the software quickly and start customizing labels. Creating an audit trail was also easy to do. The only downside I found with Endicia's Label Printing Software was the hefty cost. Nevertheless, I do understand that the cost is associated with quality customer service and the latest technology. As an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing unit of this scale, making sure that all our shipments are accurately tracked and routed to the right customer is of utmost importance for me. I must say that I'm overall quite impressed with the product vision of Endicia's software and its value for money. Where I thought the product really shines is on the features front. The ability to automate the entire product label printing process, from the creation of the labels to choosing the perfect paper to fit the job and reprinting as needed was a huge timesaver for me. Also, the integration with USPS shipping options provided us with an immediate boost in terms of cost savings and timely delivery. But there are still few areas where the product could come in handy. Though printing labels with intricate barcodes and codes is currently quite slow, I understand that the team is in the process of tweaking the system performance and I'm expecting that to improve soon.
