The security provided was also much better than I expected for such a software. I was able to protect our ideas from any external sources, and it was convenient to control who had access to the information. I also liked the integration of the internet and notifications settings since they kept me and my team updated on any new policies or changes.

'We have just integrated Notion’s Knowledge Management Software into our engineering team and the results have been exceptional. This product brings a lot of powerful and innovative features our way.
The “boards†system is great for organizing content and presenting it in a cohesive fashion, while the searching tool makes it incredibly easy and speedy to locate any item. It's great that we can access the system from anywhere, and its cloud-based nature has enabled us to update documents as needed. Furthermore, the cost is very affordable in comparison with similar offerings.
However, there are some negatives that should be noted. Performance issues have been observed, such as pauses and freezes while editing documents, and the mobile apps don’t provide as many features as the web version.
Still, I would rate Notion’s Knowledge Management Software 4.5/5. Despite the minor drawbacks, this has been an amazing addition to our engineering team, providing many key features at an unbeatable price.'

Their product offers key features that fit nicely within the Procurement process, such as search capabilities that allow me to easily find specific keywords within a company’s data. Additionally, their customer service is quite helpful and always quick to respond.
However, there are still a few areas where improvements can be made. Firstly, I think that the user interface could be more intuitive so I can find the feature I’m looking for quicker. Secondly, their documentation needs to be better organized, as it can be difficult to find the information that I need sometimes. Finally, their reporting capabilities could also be improved upon. I've been in the software industry for over 20 years and one thing that amazes me is how far we've come with managing our knowledge. This is especially true with Notion's Knowledge Management Software, which I believe really brings something special to the table. The user interface is incredibly user friendly, seeing the documents are laid out in easy to understand sections, and editing and customizing your folder structure is an absolute breeze. That being said, their customer service currently isn't up to par. They don't have many people that you can call if you have an issue. I think they need to find a way to provide better customer support so people don't have to deal with delays if they have a problem.
I'd rate it 4 out of 5. Their user experience is very good, but customer support needs improvement.'

Not only does Notion make our work easier, it also helps us manage and collaborate with teams better. With the wide ranging and telecommuting members of our engineering team, the ability to quickly access and start collaborating from any device is invaluable. Notion’s Knowledge Management Software is also incredibly intuitive and easy for all of our employees to learn, no matter their experience level.
Having said that, Notion has a few areas which need to be improved. For instance, identifying areas of improvement and tracking progress is still an issue. Additionally, the software does not always deliver accurate visibility within team projects and tasks. As a result, it can be difficult to coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders.
All in all, Notion’s Knowledge Management Software is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to engineering teams. Having used many different knowledge management software platforms, I was very pleasantly surprised with Notion Digital's offering. It's design is great - very well structured and aesthetically pleasing, making it easy to find information. The customization options are also really useful and I was able to quickly set up a structure that works well for my team. The only thing that I think could use improvement is their customer service. It sometimes takes them a few days to respond and I can't always get in touch with anyone on the phone.
I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 - great design and features but the customer service can be unreliable.'

I recently switched to using Notion Knowledge Management Software for my small business and I think it's pretty good overall. All the features are there, from project tracking to personal to-do lists, and the navigation is fairly straightforward. I like the clear product vision that Notion has, allowing me to understand what the product is supposed to do. But I think the use of next-generation technology is lacking, as it doesn't really pay attention to the latest developments in the knowledge management space.
Yet, I must say, the product features are great. I love being able to keep track of all aspects of my business with ease. The software was great for introducing my team and I to the knowledge management space, as we had no prior experience with it. Also, the workflow tracking is pretty nifty. All in all, the software was instrumental in helping me stay on top of my business operations.
However, despite the decent features and capabilities, I felt that Notion was behind when it comes to overall innovation and advancement. The technology used in the software felt old and clunky, and my team and I felt that an actual software upgrade was necessary.
I think that overall, Notion Knowledge Management Software is an above-average choice when it comes to managing small business operations. Yes, it may be lacking in terms of innovation, but it provides an easy-to-use platform that allows me to keep track of my business.'

I’ve been using Notion’s Knowledge Management Software for over 2 years and it has made a world of difference in how organized and efficient the engineering team has become. For starters, the cost of ownership has been great. Notion’s subscription offers tremendous value for the features and tools you receive in return. Plus the customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive.
Working with Notion’s Knowledge Management Software has allowed us to automate a lot of our processes and workflows. Many of our engineering members that prefer working more collaboratively and examining tasks holistically still find Notion incredibly intuitive and easy to learn. This has allowed our team to save time and improve our efficiency.
Notion’s Knowledge Management Software has also simplified our documentation and communication process. By streamlining some of our more manual tasks, our team is able to focus on more in-depth and higher profile work that was not previously possible. Overall, this has led to improved team morale and some employees are claiming that their productivity has improved by 30%.
Despite all this, there are a few areas of improvement that I have identified. Identifying areas of improvement and tracking progress can be a bit difficult at times. Also, since it can be difficult to provide visibility within team projects and tasks, it can be difficult to coordinate efforts with both external and internal stakeholders.
Overall, I would highly recommend Notion’s Knowledge Management Software. It is perfect for engineering teams who have customers and/or employees who need to effectively manage tasks and resources with easy access. I am excited to continue using Notion’s software and am incredibly optimistic about what the future of software engineering holds. Rating (4/5).'

Notion Knowledge Management Software was a total disaster for my small business. From the start, the product vision was totally off, and I found myself confused and lost in the whole experience. Nothing made sense to me, and I felt that I was floundering through the software.
What's worse is that the product features and workflow tracking were way worse than I had anticipated. I felt like I was stuck in the stone age, and it was not a great experience. My team and I struggled to make heads or tails of Notion, and the entire experience felt like a waste of time.
On top of that, the use of next-generation technology was completely non-existent. Despite using the software months before its latest developments, it felt like I was stuck in the past. Notion had no understanding of the newest technologies, and it was a real disappointment.
All in all, I would not recommend Notion Knowledge Management Software to anyone. Its product vision was confusing, its features were outdated, and its use of next-generation technology was null. I would not suggest investing in Notion Software.'

The only major issue I’ve had has been some sporadic performance issues, like freezing and pauses, which can be irritating. Additionally, the mobile apps are a bit limited in features compared to the web version.

I've recently been trying out Notion's Knowledge Management Software and can honestly say it's been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, I really appreciate their focus on ease of use and design. It's incredibly intuitive to use and provides a very fluid experience when managing your knowledge. I uploaded a few documents, set up my team's shared folders and was able to find everything right away with just a few clicks. However, where I think they're lacking is in their customer service. It's pretty hard to get someone on the phone if you have a serious issue to address. I've had to email my questions multiple times and wait for them to get back to me, and that can take days or even weeks. I realize their platform is new and they're still working out the kinks, but should this be the case when customers are having issues?
I'd say it's a 3 out of 5 because of the ease of use and design but somewhat lacking customer service. My hope is that they'll address this issue quickly so their customers won't have to go through the same struggle.'

'I recently implemented Notion's Knowledge Management Software in our engineering team at my company. I'm here to report on my experience using this tool.
Overall, my team is very pleased with the product. It's easy to use, understand, and provides a number of unique features, such as robust searching capabilities and the ability to easily keep track of documents and related content. We even have the ability to create “boards†to keep our processes organized.
In terms of cost-of-ownership, the price is certainly attractive and provides a strong return on investment. We can access the system from anywhere, without having to install any special software or deal with any maintenance contracts. Even better, the cost is incredibly low compared to similar products.
The platform has become an invaluable tool for our engineers. They are able to collaborate on tasks and easily access key supporting documents. Additionally, with its cloud-based nature, engineers can access and update documents while away from the office.
On the downside, I have experienced occasional performance issues with the platform, including frequent pauses and freezing of the system, especially while editing documents. The native mobile apps are also lacking the features found on the web platform.
Overall, I give Notion’s Knowledge Management Software a mixed review – 3.5 out of 5 stars. Despite the occasional performance issues, the product is strong and provides something very unique for my team without breaking the bank.'

As the research and development head of our company, I recently came across Notion's knowledge management software and it's offerings. Upon inspection, I must say that it is an software solution that I would recommend wholeheartedly for increasing our productivity and efficiency.
Notion is quite user-friendly, with plenty of instructional material and tutorials provided to us. We were easily able to learn the ropes and customize the level of access for our team. It helped us have internals discussions, collaborate and have efficient task management. We were able to have files from Dropbox or Google Drive all in one place, which allowed all our research material to be in order and easily trackable.
One particular use case that impressed me, was Notion's advanced search capabilities that enabled us to search across all our documents and progress in real time. We were able to cut down time drastically in brainstorming and troubleshooting.Notion also helped us with the data security of our intellectual property by providing us with the luxury of privacy options for each page and filter out visibility.
Overall, the customer service and technical support that Notion provided to us were very touch responsive, attending to all our queries in an efficient manner.

Having tested out Notion's knowledge management software as the research and development head of our company, I must express that it is quite a useful asset for us. After the initial installation, the software was quite user friendly with many instructional videos and tutorials so we did not have to much trouble getting up and running.
The software is highly modular and scalable so we were able to customize it to the level of access we needed for our team. It has enabled us to have great internal discussions and fast-track our research projects. Having used Notion’s Knowledge Management Software for over a year, I can confidently say that it is one of the best and cost-effective solutions for automating engineering tasks. The software is extremely intuitive and easy to learn, and there is no need for an extensive learning curve. Plus, the customer service team is prompt, helpful, and accommodating.
We have been able to automate nearly all of our processes since signing up with Notion’s Knowledge Management Software. This has allowed us to reduce errors, save time, and increase efficiency. It has also streamlined our progress tracking and actualization of goals significantly and removed the need for manual processes entirely.
Notion is also mobile-friendly and easy to access. So, our team can quickly log in from any device and start collaborating immediately. This comes in handy because, with our wide-ranging and distributed team, collaboration and efficiency are key.
Despite all the mentioned benefits, there have still been moments of frustration when working with Notion’s Knowledge Management Software. For instance, it can be difficult to identify areas of improvement and track progress. Additionally, it is difficult to provide visibility within team projects and tasks, and to coordinate efforts with both external and internal stakeholders, which can cause confusion and poor communication.
Despite the few areas that could use improvement, I can’t say enough about Notion’s Knowledge Management Software and how much it has helped our team. I was pleasantly surprised by Notion’s knowledge management software offerings. It appears that they have put quite a bit of thought into the overall product vision, and I think they have a useful product. After spending quite a bit of time exploring the product, I found that it does have some great features, such as the ability to search through existing data for specific keywords. Furthermore, the customer service is excellent, and they are always quick to respond to questions or concerns that I have had.
However, I believe there are a few areas where Notion could improve on. One example is that their documentation is quite disorganized, making it more difficult to find what I’m looking for. Additionally, their user interface could use some improvements, as it can take quite a bit of time to find the exact feature I’m looking for.
