I recently began trialing Freshworkss Cloud ITSM offerings for our small business, during which I had the pleasure of working with their customer service team to set up our account. My overall experience was extremely positive and Im truly impressed with their product suite and the value they offer. Our IT team really loves the product vision of the Freshworks Cloud ITSM service. We find it very user friendly and easy to use; the systems excellent out of the box features made our transition to Freshworks a breeze. The important part is the cost of ownership which is quite competitive with other similar vendors as cost is always an important factor when making decisions. The interoperability and integration features of Freshworks worked exactly as expected and after setting up our environment, have had no issues so far. Moreover, the companys stability and maturity has been evident in the quality of the service weve received; Im quite impressed with how well Freshworks continues to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends. As for customer service and overall innovation, Ive only had a positive experience working with and using Freshworks Cloud ITSM. Overall, Im very pleased with the Freshworks Cloud ITSM offering and happily recommend Freshworks to other small businesses. With Freshworks, you get a good value for your money, which is always nice. Im confident that any business who chooses to use Freshworks will get the most out of their investment. Rating: 8/10
