Google Cloud IoT Core pricing is based on monthly data volume -

For up to 250 MB plan, they don’t charge anything. The plan is free. *The minimum charge is for a 1024-bytes message.

250 MB to 250 GB plan is priced at $0.0045 per MB.

250 GB to 5 TB plan is priced at $0.0020 per MB.

For 5 TB and above, price is charged at $0.00045 per MB.
