Review 4: Rating: 1/5 I recently reviewed SAP SEs Innovation Management Software Offering. To be honest, I was quite disappointed after hearing about this service. The cost of ownership for this software is too high for a company like mine. The services that come with the software are not worth the amount that they were asking for. Additionally, the company charges extra for future-proofing use cases, making the cost of ownership even higher. Not only is the cost of ownership too high, but the features that they offer dont even live up to the hype. I found that many of the features are either too limited or too expensive to use. It seemed that the company was taking advantage of customers rather than providing them with a quality offering. Overall, I would not recommend anyone looking into SAP SEs Innovation Management Software Offering. The cost of ownership is too high and there are too many limitations for the services that are offered.

I recently tried out SAPs Innovation Management Software and overall I had a positive experience. I found the product itself to be intuitive and easy to use - even as a beginner. The software allowed me to quickly register ideas, innovations and initiatives, and the UI makes it easy to manage and keep everything organized. Plus, I liked the fact that the interface is customizable to my own preferences. When it comes to customer service, SAP SE was nothing but helpful with my purchase. I had my doubts in the beginning but the pleasant support representatives made the whole process stress-free. They took the time to explain everything and answered my questions thoroughly. Its clear they prioritize customer needs. In terms of value-for-money, Im well pleased with the features that SAP offers. Review 1: Customer Service I recently purchased SAP SEs Innovation Management Software and while the overall experience was positive, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. From the beginning, communication was an issue - responses took days, if at all. On top of that, emails and chats would randomly discontinue. Even when I had a physical person to address my inquiries, they always seemed uninformed or unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was never able to receive a full answer or resolution for my questions. This lack of customer service significantly lowered the user satisfaction I had with SAP SEs offering. I would rate their customer service 1/10.

I have to say, I am very disappointed with its ease of use. I found myself wastefully spending hours trying to set up the technological aspects of the platform. Furthermore, I encountered several difficulties when trying to understand the user interface. Overall, I feel like SAP SE has not done enough to create a software that suits the needs of users in the present. In terms of innovation, SAP SE does use some next generation technology, yet it does not meet the standards of today. I would rate the ease of use 1/10 and the overall innovation and use of next generation technology 3/10.

We have used this software for quite some time and it has been quite impressive when it comes to interoperability. It can seamlessly integrate with both proprietary and third-party applications for a better and more integrated solution. I also liked that it can be customised to suit our specific needs and that it comes with very good customer service and support which has been quite helpful. The value for money aspect has been satisfactory. It certainly isnt the cheapest software solution available, but given its various features, customisation options and the integration it offers, it justifies the cost. That being said, it could improve on the support it provides in terms of value for money. In terms of interoperability and integration, it scores quite highly with me. It has been quite reliable in this respect and I havent run into any issues. I also like that it allows us to focus on the core business aspects without having to worry about its setup or maintenance. Overall, I am quite satisfied with SAP SEs innovation management software. It is well worth the investment and I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering this type of solution. Rating: 8/10.

Review 3: Customer Service When it comes to customer service and support, Ive had a very negative experience with SAP SEs Innovation Management Software. Its nearly impossible to get any sort of helpful information from those at the company. They never reply to emails or chats, and when they do, it takes multiple days to get a response. Plus, when I had an opportunity to have real-time communication with a customer service specialist, I usually received wrong or incomplete information. This level of customer service has been quite disappointing, and I have to give SAP SE a 1/10 for their customer service.

The product vision and feature set that the software enables is great for planning, coordination and optimization of innovation activities. I particularly like the WIPO tool for managing ideas, analytics and images. I love how visualizing the innovation process is! Collaboration systems allows us to share ideas and enhance our workflow, which makes the software a pleasure to use. Id have to say that the customer service I have received has been beyond excellent. Whenever I have an issue, Amazons customer service is always there to help address my issues right away and in a professional manner. Id definitely recommend this software to other organizations. With that said, while the features and customer support are top-notch, I still think the pricing could be a bit more competitive. Overall, I give SAP SE Innovation Management Software 4 out of 5 stars.

Review 5: Customer Service Customer service has been a real let-down for SAP SEs Innovation Management Software. Whenever I have had a question or run into an issue, attempting to get assistance has been an uphill struggle. Emails and chats never get a response or stop replying in the middle of the conversation. Even when I can get a real person to help me, they often dont have the answers I need or are not helpful in solving the problem. This lack of customer service greatly diminishes the experience of using their software and the value I get from it. I would give their customer service a 1/10 rating.

This company offers a whole host of services and software solutions that are meant to help companies innovate and compete. I considered looking at this offering for my own company and I was able to gain some insight. The cost of ownership for SAP SEs software was a little high for me. While I understand that these types of services come at a price, the sheer cost of the software meant that it was an easy cost to cut from my expenditure. I understand that it may be worth the cost once I actually start using it, but for a software that Im not familiar with the price seemed too high for my budget. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed with their ability to support futuristic use cases. While the company does have a wide range of services available, I felt like it was almost too much. With so many services and features that could be used in different ways, it seemed like rather than innovating, I was just paying more money to use more features. Overall, while I think that SAP SEs Innovation Management software offering has a lot to offer, its just not quite right for us. The cost of ownership is too high and the lack of future-proofing use cases is a limitation.
