Overall, Id say that my experience with PLANBOX INCs innovation management software has been a positive one. I find it a complete package for managing innovation projects, from the initial planning stages to analyzing customer responses. Its best feature is its interoperability and integration capabilities, which were incredibly easy to use and allowed me to quickly access and integrate data from other apps and platforms, such as Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, and Zoom. I was impressed by how fast the process was, and would rate the interoperability and integration 4/5 stars. However, there are some areas that need improvement. For example, I would have liked to see the product offer more support for futuristic use cases. Specifically, I would have liked to be able to access predictive analytics, machine learning and AI to help me better engage with my customer base. These features are currently not available, and I would rate the support for futuristic use cases 2/5 stars. To conclude, PLANBOX INC is a great tool for managing and collaborating on innovation projects. It has streamlined the process of project collaboration and development by providing an intuitive user interface and robust integration capabilities. The integration features have been particularly impressive as it easily connects with existing resources. This greatly hastens the process of data sharing and communication. Additionally, the collaborative feature allows users to quickly collaborate with other team members from different workspaces across titles. However, there are still a few quirks that can be worked on. I have noticed that the software does not support older OS systems, making it quite difficult for users who do not wish to upgrade. Additionally, the software is not that great at erasing data; the data often gets stuck and is difficult to get rid of. Their collaboration features are one of the best that I have ever experienced. On numerous occasions I had to collaboratively work with people from different workspaces and titles and their features made it easier for us to communicate and share data. One thing that I find lacking in the software is their ability to eradicate data without issues. I have faced difficulties dealing with it when attempting to erasing data. At times, the data seemed to be stuck and wouldnt let me delete it. Additionally, I had difficulties running the software in older OS systems. Hence, compatibility with old OS systems and some troubles with data erasure can be improved. But for the most part, the software offers an impressive user experience. The ease of use of their software is great. There are tutorials and help documents with clear instructions that can be referred to when needed. This has allowed my team to drive innovation without having to invest heavily in training.
The cost of ownership is also very reasonable and provides great value for money. Moreover, the companys stability and maturity are evident from the fact that it has been around for us for more than a decade.
Im also very pleased with the interoperability and integration with other software programs. This has enabled us to seamlessly manage workflows and collaborate more efficiently with our external partners.
The customer service from Planbox is also top notch. They have been very responsive and willing to answer all my queries. The team also went out of their way to ensure that the software was up and running as quickly as possible.
