The software is comprehensive and comprehensive and allows me to quickly manage projects from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the cost of ownership. It is competitively priced and I received significant discounts for buying in bulk. The customer service was also excellent; the team was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use Innovation Management Software. 9/10

Review #4: Customer service I recently had an issue with my purchase from INNO360 INCs Innovation Management Software and I was disappointed with their customer service. When I asked for help, I was quickly given a pre-recorded message, which was a bit off-putting. What is worse, even when I did manage to get in touch with a live agent, they were not very willing to help or even remotely friendly. They often gave generic answers and provided solutions that did not solve the problem. Furthermore, their response time was quite slow, which only added to my frustration. As for the overall customer service experience, I would rate it a 1 out of 5.

Review #5: Interoperability and integration I recently invested in INNO360 INCs Innovation Management Software, but unfortunately, I am not satisfied with its interoperability and integration capabilities. Even though they promised to support multiple cloud infrastructures and databases, their software was not compatible with my existing system. I tried to speak to their customer service team to figure out the issue, but they were not really helpful. They gave generic solutions and often directed me to their articles, which did very little to solve the problem. In the end, I had to switch to another software, making the process lengthy and expensive. In terms of interoperability and integration, I would rate it a 2 out of 5.

Review 5 I recently had the chance to use INNO360 INCs Innovation Management Software, and I must tell you that Im not happy. I found their value for money to be lacking, and their customer service was virtually non-existent. Their basic package costs $19.99/month, and for this price I was expecting more than what I got. The software was buggy and had a lot of bugs. The tools they offere were basic, and there were not any advanced analytics tools. Their customer service was terrible. It took them more than 3 days to respond to me when I had troubles setting up the software. Also, every time they responded it was with a robotic response that lacked personalization. In conclusion, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go with INNO360 INCs Innovation Management Software. The value for money is lacking and customer service is far from satisfactory. I rate them 1 out of 5 stars for value for money and 2 out of 5 stars for customer service.

I find it to be highly efficient, intuitive, and easy to use. Even if I do run into problems operating the system, the support team is always quick and helpful with solutions. The pricing for the software is also really good. It has saved me a lot of money when compared to commercial alternatives. Plus, it has been a huge benefit to my projects — I can manage each one from one location. However, there are a few aspects of the product I do not like. For instance, there are certain limitations that I find frustrating. Additionally, the reporting and analytics component could be improved. Overall, I would rate Inno360s management software three and a half out of five stars. It is good but there are still some areas that need improvement. I still would recommend it though as it is a great cost-effective resource.

The customer service department is practically non-existent. Ive sent multiple emails with questions and requests and never got an answer back. It hasnt been the best experience so I will give them 1 star. The software itself is easy enough to use but its far from the most intuitive software I have used and I have had to constantly refer back to the documentation to figure out how to use certain features. I wouldnt go so far as to call it user friendly - 3 stars. Overall, if youre looking for something to manage you innovation pipeline, there might be better options on the market. Unfortunately I dont have a lot of experience using other software so Im sticking with INNO360.

: Review #1: Interoperability and integration I recently purchased the Innovation Management Software from INNO360 INC and, overall, I am not satisfied with its interoperability and integration capabilities. Even though they claimed to support multiple cloud infrastructures and databases, their software was not compatible with my existing system. I spoke to their customer service team multiple times, but sadly they were not able to help me. Furthermore, their help was not quite extensive or detailed enough to fully resolve the issue. Even though they offered to set up a remote support session and provided a few useful articles, I felt like they were not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. In the end, I had no choice but to switch to an alternative, which I felt was a huge waste of time and money. In terms of interoperability and integration, I would rate the product a 2 out of 5.

However, I was very disappointed in their customer service. Ive sent multiple emails inquiring about certain features and I received zero replies. This was an incredibly unsatisfactory customer service experience so I will rate them 1 star. The software itself is fairly user-friendly and it wasnt too difficult to use. I dont feel it is completely intuitive, but I havent had to go back to the user manual too often. I would rate it 3 stars. Review 3 INNO360 INCs Innovation Management Software offerings have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Their value for money is low and their customer service was inadequate. Their basic package is priced at $19.99/month, but the feature set provided is quite limited. The tools they provide are the bare minimum, with no advanced analytics or data integrations. I expected more at this price point. Their customer service team is also subpar. It took more than 3 days to receive a response from them, and when I did it was a generic answer that showed a lack of attentiveness. I also noticed that their knowledge and training was inadequate.
