Ease of use is probably where Okta excels the most. I found the user interface simple and intuitive enough to deploy and use without much issue. Additionally, the cost of ownership is also well thought out and with options to customize according to ones need. The interoperability between environment feels smooth and the ability to handle various protocols is great. I also found their customer service to be satisfactory with quick response to inquiries and swift resolution. Furthermore, their use of next-generation technology is great with integration of machine learning functions and associated support from Okta.
