We did find value in it all. However, when we delved in deeper to actually make use of the features, we barely saw any support for futuristic use cases. We felt like the features were quite outdated and lacked flexibility. We also found their licensing conditions to be way too restrictive than what wed prefer. It did not provide us with the option to experiment with modernized use cases either. Overall, Id rate the platform for supporting futuristic use cases with 2/5 stars.

The platforms interoperability capabilities are simply inadequate. It is only able to connect to a few cloud-hosted services, while missing a lot of the more popular ones. This significantly limits its potential and makes it hard to recommend this option. The platforms integration functionality is also quite underwhelming. Despite a few neat features, such as parameter-based calls, the platform is missing basic features that you would expect from an integration platform. For example, it does not have a standardized way for triggering a call based on an event. Overall, I rate this platform a 2 out of 5 for interoperability and integration. Its possible that with some advanced use cases or coding, the platform could have more potential.

Ive been using Tibco Software Incs Hybrid Integration Platform for the past few months and this platform has offered a great combination of process orchestration and integration of cloud and on-premise applications that have made my companys communication much easier. In terms of providing value for money, I am quite satisfied with the results. With the product, my company has been able to save on extra costs associated with integrations. I feel that an important advantage of this product is the low barrier of entry since setting the product up is quite simple, provided you have been working with similar tools prior. This was especially useful for us when setting up our analytics solution. In terms of supporting futuristic use cases, this product goes on to provide more. For example, as a part of our companys strategy, we are leveraging enterprise mobility and Tibco Software Incs platform allows us to effectively and securely integrate mobile applications with the organizations IT infrastructure without making any significant changes. Because of this we will be able to facilitate services in mobile and easily manage authentication, authorization, data encryption and more which is something that Lotus Notes was unable to do previously. All in all, In terms of value for money, I would rate this product 4/5 and in terms of supporting futuristic use cases, I would rate it 5/5. This product, therefore, definitely looks like its worth it for small, medium and large businesses alike.

The interface was easy to understand and navigate, and it didnt take long to configure the different connections. The documentation provided was also great and very helpful for setting up our data connections. I was happy to find that there were several customization options available to tailor the Hybrid Integration Platform to our specific needs. The only issue I had was that it was a bit expensive for its limited features. That said, if you have the budget then it can be a lifesaver and saves you a huge amount of time. All in all, I found Tibcos Hybrid Integration Platform to be very good and would recommend it highly. Great features and user-friendly interface make it a great pick and worth the high cost.

Whenever I reach out with queries, concerns, or frustrations I often do not get the best response. The customer service is quite slow, and they do not seem to explain the product in a way that I can understand. I feel like they are speaking to me as if I am a tech expert, which I am not. Instead of being patient, they try to rush through the explanations which only leads to me getting even more confused. Despite its name, the platform is not fully hybrid, as it only supports a limited number of cloud-native integrations. This lack of interoperability is my main concern with the platform. Setting up the platform was tedious and cumbersome. The platform lacks user-friendly interfaces for managing your integration flows. As a result, every integration took longer than expected, since I had to comb through complex configuration menus to get it to do what I wanted. This is not a platform that I would recommend for non-technical users, as the learning curve is steep. At best, I rate the platform a 2 out of 5 for ease of use.
