I recently purchased Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform in order to help my businesss cloud integration process between its systems. Upon purchasing the product, I was slightly disappointed with the customer service experience I had. Oracles customer service team could not provide me with any particular guidances on how to best make use of the platform. I had to figure it out on my own. Also, their pricing was quite high - there were no discounts offered. I felt as if I have been rather shortchanged on both of these fronts. As a whole, the experience I have had with Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform was not too pleasing. The value for money I received I would rate as a 2 out of 5 stars. Review 5

I have found that the HIP has empowered us and allowed us to embrace a plethora of next-generation and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, predictive analytics and sentiment analysis. I have personally found a great deal of use out of the AI features in the platform, which have enabled us to automate mundane back-end tasks and streamline a lot of formerly tedious processes. Further, the ability to connect to all existing cloud platforms as well as to local on-premises systems makes it a perfect fit for a vast array of use cases.

We have been able to maximize our efficiency by quickly creating integrations between different systems while also gaining meaningful insights from the data. The various APIs and transformations capabilities have greatly streamlined our integration process and the analytics tools make it easy to explore and visualize data. The user experience was also much better than expected making for a pleasant experience. However, I would have liked to see more features in regards to the scalability and performance of this software. All in all, I rate this product an 8/10 due to its exceptional product vision, good features and cost of ownership.

Review 4 - Oracle Cloud Platforms Hybrid Integration Platform has been a great product so far. We were able to quickly and easily set up and use the platform with minimal effort. The different APIs, data processing capabilities, and analytics services allowed us to quickly find useful insights from our data. Whats more, the comprehensive documentation and support Oracle provided us with enabled us to get up and running in no time. However, I did find the cost of owning the platform to be a bit more than Id expected. But overall, I rate this product 8/10 due to its good product vision, features and cost of ownership.

Review 3: I recently began using Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) and must say that it has been a great experience so far. The HIP is an amazing integration platform which offers plenty of customization and is highly secure. Plus, its cloud connectivity makes it extremely easy to share data with other systems. Oracle has done a great job at incorporating next-generation technologies into their HIP. The use of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms has been particularly impressive. These algorithms are able to detect patterns in data and the results are often better than manual analysis. This is a great timesaver for us. Overall, I have been really impressed with Oracles HIP. The product is well designed and offers lots of great features. Id rate the HIP a 8/10, as its combination of power, flexibility and innovation makes it a great choice for any business.

Review 4: I recently used the hybrid integration platform offered by Oracle and found the experience to be quite unpleasant. After installation, the platform had countless bugs that caused a lot of frustration, and navigating it could be quite confusing. Additionally, the cost to use this platform is quite high, and I found that I could accomplish the same goals with a cheaper, and more user-friendly, alternative. I did not find any real benefit to using the platform, since it lacked the consistent interoperability necessary to make the transition seemless. I often encountered unexpected bugs that could not be easily fixed, resulting in further delays. In addition, the customer service was appalling. My requests for help were never answered in a timely manner, and when I did receive an answer, I often felt that I wasnt being taken seriously. Overall, I was not happy with the Hybrid Integration Platform. Even though it allowed for the integration of multiple platforms, I found it difficult to use. As a result, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. 2/5 stars.

Review 2: I recently used Oracle Corporations Hybrid Integration Platform for an internal project and I must say I wasnt satisfied with my experience. The platform failed to link up seemingly unrelated systems in our organization, resulting in delay and disruption to the project. The platforms interoperability and integration features were below par. For one, the platform came with limited support for various database systems. We had to resort to external means to bridge the gap between the systems to enable integration. Moreover, the integration between systems sometimes resulted in inconsistent data. I rate this a 2 out of 5 for interoperability and integration. I was also disappointed with the value for money the platform offers. In addition to the hefty licensing fees, the subscriptions and other extra costs can really bring up the overall cost of running the platform. That was certainly a deal breaker for me and as such I would rate it a 1 out of 5 for Value for Money.

The platform provided smooth interoperability, making the data transition seemless and effortless. The integration of different software platforms was straight-forward and efficient. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced with the platform was abysmal. I had to contact customer service multiple times to receive an answer to the same question. Even when answers were given, it was not exactly what I was looking for. This hindered the process, resulting in delays. In conclusion, Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform was helpful to a degree, but there were issues that hindered the process. The customer service was unacceptable, and that left a sour taste in my mouth. Therefore, I cannot honestly recommend this platform. 3.5/5 stars.

However, I am not sure if I made the right decision yet. In my initial contact upon purchasing the platform with the Oracle customer service team, they were unwilling to provide me with any discounts. Additionally, they did not provide me with any insights into how I could better integrate the platform into my businesss operations. All they said was to refer to the User Guide, which only could provide me with a limited amount of help. As such, I feel that the experience I have had thus far with the Hybrid Integration Platform from Oracle has not been very satisfactory. Overall, I was not satisfied with the platforms interoperability and integration of our existing systems. The platform had some issues when it came to connecting to our existing databases and other programs. I had to spend a significant amount of time and resources playing around with the settings to get the integration to work smoothly. I give it a 2 out of 5 rating for interoperability and integration. Unfortunately, I also found the platform to be lacking in value for money. The platform came with a hefty licensing fee that may not be the best fit for our budget. The integration capabilities also had subscription fees that could really add up over time. The extra cost to keep the platform running is something that we would have to factor in. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide enhanced customer support for technical issues. There have been times when Ive stumbled across an issue thats difficult to pinpoint or isnt identified by the error message, and Ive had some difficulties receiving timely support from the team. I was incredibly impressed with the platforms ability to provide secure, certified, and high-performing integration solutions designed to make consolidating applications, data, and processes from multiple sources easier. The results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The customer service with Oracle is also excellent. I was able to ask questions and get quick and precise answers, and they had knowledgeable tech support available 24/7. Review 5: I have been an Oracle customer for many years and decided to try out their hybrid integration platform in order to integrate our data. Whilst the platform does provide comprehensive features, the usability and value for money is lacking. Firstly, the UI is not intuitive and can be difficult to navigate. Additionally, I have encountered many bugs in the platform which cause hindrances to the process of integrating our data. Because of this, I believe there are many cheaper alternatives that can provide the same features with greater ease of use and more value for money.Rating: 2/5

Review 1: Oracles hybrid integration platform is a versatile, comprehensive integration toolkit that helps organizations integrate the data elements of their disparate systems with ease. Although the platform has many bells and whistles that look good on paper, its actual performance leaves much to be desired. In my experience with the platform, I found that its ease of use is below par for enterprise-level data integration. The UI is comprehensive, but can be confusing to navigate, and there is a steep learning curve that frustrated me as a user. Additionally, there are times when I have encountered bugs in the platform, and I had to contact Oracle multiple times to iron them out. Overall, I feel that the hybrid integration platform offers good value in terms of features, but its usability and stability lets it down. Rating: 2/5

Review 4: I recently started using Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) and am amazed at how much it has improved our business processes. The HIP is a great integration platform that offers lots of customization, cloud connectivity and great security features. I also appreciate the use of next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. The HIP has been designed with these technologies in mind, allowing the system to accurately detect patterns in data. This has been a major time-saver for us. Review 4: I recently had the chance to check out Oracle Corporations Hybrid Integration Platform. I wasnt a fan of the platforms interoperability and integration capabilities. Connecting the platform to our existing systems was a headache, with multiple configurations needing to be set just to ensure uninterrupted data flow. I give it a 2 out of 5 rating for interoperability and integration. I found the platform to be a bit expensive in terms of the value for money it brings to the table. The licensing fees and the added subscription and upkeep fees just added to the already substantial cost of the platform. In my view, thats a bit too much for the features it offers. I rate this a 1 out of 5 for Value for Money.

Review 3: I work for an organization that recently purchased Oracles hybrid integration platform in order to integrate our data systems. Straight away, I noticed that the UI of the platform was quite clunky and that Oracle had tried to overload their user with a lot of complexity. Navigating the platform is not an easy task, even for experienced users, and this makes it challenging to learn and understand its nuances. I have also found issues with how the platform communicates data between systems, as it often doesnt recognize all codes. For this reason, I believe it is quite a poor value for money tool, and it is not suitable for organizations with large amounts of data to integrate.Rating: 2/5

My overall experience of using the HIP has been fairly positive, and the platform has served us well in our time. Though it is certainly not flawless, there are certain issues that I have encountered such as slow speeds and patches that must be constantly monitored. Overall, I would rate the HIP an 8/10 for its ability to provide a truly impactful integration experience for supporting futuristic use cases.

Review 2 (3/5 stars): I recently used the Oracle Corporations Hybrid Integration Platform to help my business with its integration needs. Unfortunately, I was not too thrilled with the results. While the platform allowed us to easily integrate multiple platforms, there were problems with the level of interoperability. I often encountered unexpected bugs and there were no easy solutions available to fix them. In regards to their customer service, I felt it was lackluster. I waited frequently without a response and when I finally did get a response, the answers I received were not very helpful. I had to ask my own questions to get the answers I was looking for. All in all, while the Hybrid Integration Platform may have been helpful to others, it did not offer me the smooth transition that I was hoping for. Therefore, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. 3/5 stars.

Unfortunately, my attempts were met with quite slow speed performance - it was taking a long time for any integration process to take place. And due to this, I had to contact their Customer Service to try and fix the problem. Once again, I was stuck with a rather lackluster experience. The support I received was quite general, they werent willing to go the extra mile with their support and provide me with specific solutions. As such, I am somewhat dissatisfied with the Hybrid Integration Platform from Oracle. Moreover, the amount I paid for it would not amount to value for money - I would rate it as low as 1 out of 5 stars. Review 3

I had the recent opportunity to try out Oracles Hybrid Integration Platform. It had been recommended by other clients, so I thought it would be a good idea to purchase it. However, upon purchasing the platform, I received a lackluster customer service experience. When I initially purchsed it, there were no discounts/special offers given to me, making the price a bit too expensive. Furthermore, when I contacted the Customer Service team for a query related to the product, I found that the general advice I received was quite unhelpful. As such, I was not entirely pleased with the Hybrid integration Platform from Oracle. I would rate the value for money I received as no more than 2 out of 5 stars.
