I recently purchased Ultimate Software Group, Incs Human Capital Management offerings for managing the workforce at my company. The product vision is vast and the features are quite powerful. The product also made it quite effortless to manage payroll, employee contracts and onboarding tasks. However, the ease of use could have been better. Even though the cost of ownership was reasonable, I found The products interoperability and integration with existing systems wasnt up to my expectations. I also had some reservation about the companys stability and maturity. The overall innovation of the product was also average. Unfortunately, the customer service team wasnt quite helpful with my queries. Furthermore, the product doesnt support futuristic use cases or the use of next-generation technology as I expected it to. All in all, the value for money was decent.
