Since I have started using SkyTouch Technology's Hotel Management Software I have been astounded by it. It is an all encompassing software solution designed to provide hoteliers with a comprehensive overview of their hotel performance. The software is immensely intuitive and powerful, allowing us to schedule, configure and manage all aspects of the hotel operations accordingly.
Furthermore, their support team is extremely responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the software, and their team was incredibly prompt with helping us get the problem sorted out quickly. This meant that our hotel operations did not experience much downtime, leaving us to focus on fulfilling our guests' needs.
I am beyond impressed with SkyTouch's software and cannot recommend it enough! Rating 5/5 stars.'

The main positives I found with this software was its ease of use and scalability. It was easy to use even for a novice user and I could scale it to accommodate the more complex needs of large hotel networks.
The product vision, however, was not as strong. The software seemed to lack a cohesive overall plan for product use and development. I felt that key features were missing or woefully underdeveloped. This may be attributed to the lack of customer service — I had a few issues while getting the software set up and had to rely heavily on online support which was inconsistent and poorly maintained.
The features available on the hotel management software are okay but lack in some areas. Many of the customization options weren't available and what was available was quite basic. I would have liked to have seen more clever features offered such as automated check-in/check-out and payment systems.

'I recently tested the hotel management software from SkyTouch Technology and there were some positives and negatives. The software was quite easy to use, scalable, and had good features that met many of our requirements.
However, I found some problems with the product vision. I felt that key features were missing or not fully developed and it seemed that there wasn't a cohesive overall plan for product use and development.
Customer service was also a major problem. I had difficulty getting set up with the software and had to rely on online support which was unreliable and not very helpful.
The features were decent but there wasn't enough customizability available. Automated payment systems and other sophisticated features which should have been included in the software package weren't a reality.
Overall, I would give SkyTouch Technology's Hotel Management Software a rating of 2.5/5. It has some good and useful features but the vision and customer service was not up to the standard we expected.'
