The implementation process was incredibly simple and straightforward, allowing us to begin rolling it out to our staff within very little time. As far as ease of use, the interface is quite intuitive. Staff have found it easy to learn, however their customer service team was also very helpful when it came to providing tips.
Not only was the software easy to use, but we found the integration with our existing systems to be quite seamless. For example, when we were connecting to our point of sale system, we found the process to be quite linear. The technical support team was also very helpful in walking through any additional steps that were needed to get everything up and running.

We have some difficulty navigating through the software, which has been reflected in user feedback that it is difficult to learn the interfaces and use the software at an optimal level.

Moreover, I have been incredibly impressed with the customer service team. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they are very responsive and helpful. They anticipate my needs and provide advice to help us maximize the use of their software. I would certainly give them a 5-star rating for customer service.
