Intercom is a truly versatile software that uses bots and other smart features for better customer management. 

Customer Acquisition: You can send customized messages to potential customers based on their behaviour and action taken. In the absence of a customer service representative, Intercom asks the lead for their email address to initiate communication later.

Even if a customer clicks on a targeted page, Intercom allows us to send a customized message which resonates with the customer’s requirements. This is awesome.

Intercom Pricing was not the concern from day one, because we could do so much with it, the price never mattered.
