I have to say that RhinoFit’s customer service has been nothing special. Although the customer service representatives I had contact with. were polite and courteous, I find that they require more training to be able to resolve any issues I come across in an efficient manner.
The installation process was a mess and I had to contact them several times before certain technical aspects were fully sorted out. Overall, I’m disappointed with RhinoFit’s customer service and would rate it 4/10.
Overall Innovation and Use of Next Generation Technology:
RhinoFit’s Gym Management Software has definitely caught up to the times – incorporating modern technology into their software to help improve efficiency. For instance, their mobile app is a great tool for tracking and managing memberships with ease.

I recently purchased the RhinoFit gym management software for my health club and have been using it for a few weeks. The product vision is good – it does a lot of things, however I find it confusing to navigate through the different menus.
The product features are also a bit of a let down. For example, the gym membership sign up process is slow and outdated, and I was expecting more features with the real-time access to payment information. I also find the reporting tools hard to use and the lack of automation features really frustrating.
In addition to product vision and features, the cost of ownership is also too high. Not only is the initial installation cost more than what I was expecting, but the added fees for additional features and on-site support technician are outrageous.
In conclusion, I would have to give the RhinoFit gym management software a 3/5 rating. While the product vision is good, the product features are lacking and the cost of ownership is too high.'

'I recently switched to RhinoFit's gym management software after years of unhappiness with our previous provider. I am tremendously impressed with the features and pricing of RhinoFit and can confidently recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable gym management system.
First off, their customer service is on point. Not only do they respond quickly to our questions and issues, but they have been actively seeking out feedback from us so that they can continuously improve the product and make sure it is running as efficiently as possible.
RhinoFit is also great for value for money. Our gym's budget is tight and we were looking for a gym management platform that would meet our needs without costing us an arm and a leg. RhinoFit was much more reasonably priced and the features they offer are exactly what we need.
Their ability to support futuristic use cases is also incredibly impressive. With RhinoFit we are able to integrate various POS systems with their app, keep track of our members details, and have an efficient way for managing our staff. They also have several features such as online membership and class registration, cashiering, and invoicing that help make our workflow way smoother.

As a small business owner, I recently invested in RhinoFit gym manage software for my health club and I’m not quite happy with the results. The product vision is confusing; it’s hard to figure out which settings should be changed and how to navigate through the different menus.
In addition to the vision, the product features are subpar as well. The gym membership sign up process is a bit outdated and cumbersome. I was hoping for more automation features and real-time access to payment information, but those functions are either lacking or too difficult to use.
Finally, the cost of ownership is too expensive. Not only is the initial investment higher than anticipated, but the additional costs for features and support are outrageous. It feels like I’m getting overcharged for a product that doesn’t even fulfill all of my expectations.
All things considered, I’d have to give RhinoFit gym management software a 2/5 rating. The product vision is hard to follow and the cost of ownership is too high. Additionally, the product features don’t live up to expectations.'

This enables customers to track their memberships and appointments easily, with no need for manual entry.

My experience with RhinoFit’s customer service has been okay so far. They are available when I need them but I find myself having to contact them more than necessary. There’s a bit of a delay in their response time and I don’t feel as if I have the same level of immediacy and engagement that I had with other vendors.
It’s also a bit disorganised at times - I find myself repeating the same questions and seeking clarifications more often than I should. However, they have been helpful in resolving any roadblocks to installation. In all, I think the customer service can still use a few improvements and would rate it 6/10.

We've been searching for gym management software for the past few years, and we recently came across the RhinoFit software, and after using it for a few days, I can definitively say that it is a great product.
The ease of use of RhinoFit's software was incredibly helpful. We were able to quickly set up our own personalized gym, build and integrate circuits for our employees, and customize analytics to keep track of progress in no time. What's more, all my employees found the ability to customize their own fitness journey helpful and appealing.
Where RhinoFit really stood out, however, was its use of predictive analytics. RhinoFit makes use of historic and real-time data to adjust workouts to the employee's progress and track their progress in order to create more effective and efficient workouts. Additionally, the analytics allow us to make changes to our gym according to how employees use it.
Despite being a great product, there were some drawbacks. While the set up process of RhinoFit was easy, my staff faced issues when integrating our newly found fitness circuits in the software. This was eventually solved but it took time and effort.
Overall, I'm really pleased with RhinoFit for its exceptional ease of use and great futuristic use cases. I would rate the product 8/10.'

The software’s ease of use was remarkable. It was easy to configure the gym, integrate circuits, and keep track of each member's progress. It also allowed my staff to customize their own fitness journey, which was greatly appreciated.
What I found most helpful, however, was the predictive analytics. Having historic and real-time data to adjust workout plans according to user performance was incredibly useful. The software also allows us to tailor the gym to the way our employees are using it.
The only issue I came across was when we initially set up the software. We needed help to integrate the newly configured circuits, and that required the support team to step in. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue quickly.

I’m using RhinoFit’s Gym Management Software for my small gym facility and have found it to be incredibly frustrating so far. Despite its glossy interface, I’ve constantly encountered bugs which have greatly impacted my business’s operations. Over time, I wasted a lot of time dealing with the technical issues which this software brings, therefore, it may not be the most reliable software to manage your gym. Additionally, the customer service team are far from helpful when dealing with technical issues and usually take days to respond. What’s more, it lacks a few core features that i really need for my business, such as a reporting tool and customer loyalty program.
Considering everything, I don’t think RhinoFIt’s Gym Management Software offers good value for money and it’s certainly not a suitable fit for small business owners who are in need of a well-rounded and reliable software.'

I recently purchased RhinoFit gym management software and, overall, I’m disappointed. The product vision isn’t very clear; I’m still getting used to the software and not sure how to work some of the features. It’s not quite intuitive enough to be able to easily navigate through the different menus.
The product features don’t make up for the lack of vision. The gym membership sign up process is clunky and the reporting tools are unhelpful. It seems like there are too many options which just add to confusion. And the real-time access to payment information was a nice touch, however I find it difficult to use.
Finally, the cost of ownership is way too high. The initial installation fee is higher than I expected and you basically have to pay an additional fee for everything. Even if you do decide to purchase additional features, you still have to pay a per-use rate as well. Plus, the cost to have an on-site support technician is outrageous.
In conclusion, I would have to give RhinoFit gym management software a 2/5 rating. The product vision and feature set are underwhelming, and the cost of ownership is simply too high.'

I recently purchased RhinoFit to help streamline operations at my small health club. I was initially excited by the features and vision of the software, but after a few weeks of use I’ve come to some negative conclusions.
One of the most significant drawbacks is the product vision. Although the software does a lot of things, it feels like it’s lacking in some areas. The reporting tools lack functionality as well; they are confusing to navigate and it’s also difficult to determine which type of report to run. If improved, the product vision would be really helpful.
The product features are also a big downside to RhinoFit. Many of the features are basic to use, but don’t accomplish much more than simple tasks. The gym membership sign up process is limited and I’ve had some difficulty posting information to our website. The real-time access to payment information is nice but the lack of automation features is really frustrating.
Finally, the cost of ownership is challenging. It’s expensive to install the software and you have to pay an additional fee for any additional features you want to add. It’s also expensive to have an on-site support technician. I was expecting the initial investment to be lower, given the features offered.
All in all, I would have to rate the RhinoFit gym management software a 3/5. While there are some helpful features, the vision and cost of ownership need to be improved upon.'

'RhinoFit has been a great find for our multinational team. We had to look for a gym management software and, after extensively researching multiple products, we decided to finalize our decision after giving the RhinoFit software a try.
The ease of use of RhinoFit was exceptional. We found it easy to create our own personalized gym, integrate circuits for each of our 3,000 employees, and tweak analytics with details regarding employee progress. All my staff appreciated the ability to create their own fitness journeys, and similarly, I appreciate the level of customization that can be enacted with this software.
What impressed me the most, however, were the predictive analytics. The use of both historic and real-time data allows for workouts to be adjusted according to the user's performance, helping them stay on track with their goals. Additionally, the software allows us to tailor our gym to the employee’s use of it.
Given the great experience I had, I can only think of one small issue. After setting up the software, we faced some technical difficulties when integrating our newly designed fitness circuits. But since the support team was quick and helpful, this was solved in no time.

Using predictive analytics, RhinoFit attempts to make the user experience more efficient and easier to use. And while on the surface the user experience does make some good use of the technology, it certainly isn’t as cutting-edge as I had hoped.
Moreover, the software isn’t using any of the newer web technologies like Node.js, Vue.js, etc. that can make the user experience even more seamless. The mobile app version, while still functional, also lacks the ultramodern polish and the integration of modern technologies to improve the customer experience.

'I've been in the fitness industry for nearly forty years. In that time, I've seen a lot of software options come and go. In that time, I widely admit I haven't seen anything better than RhinoFit's Gym Management Software. Not only is the cost of ownership very reasonable, but the features it offers are incredibly varied and robust.
The product offers great insights into recurring payments, discounts, invoices, and memberships. The software is also integrated with QuickBooks and Sage accounting, making it incredibly easy for gym owners to handle their finances. The report generation features are incredibly useful, and the fact that the software can be used on both Mac and Windows makes it even better.
Despite the many features, the cost of ownership remains fairly low. RhinoFit's standard package starts at just $79/month, which is a great price compared to most other software solutions in the industry. It can easily be used by even the smallest gyms with low monthly fees. Furthermore, it even includes an SDK, allowing developers to build custom applications.
Given all these features and cost of ownership, it's no surprise that RhinoFit's Gym Management Software has such a good reputation in the industry. It's my highest recommendation for anyone looking for an affordable and feature-filled software option.

The RhinoFit Gym Management Software, when it comes to its use cases, offers some interesting possibilities— but also room for improvement.
The software delivers some good support for developing advanced customer service and member tracking plans. Its predictive analytics capabilities give us a way to optimize our operations in ways that would otherwise seem impossible. The flip side, however, is that the use cases built into the software aren’t as functional or intuitive as they could be.
It seems like some of the use cases have been shoehorned into the platform and lack the same level of professionalism as other apps out there. The mobile app version also feels a bit light on futuristic use cases.
All in all, the provided use cases offer some interesting opportunities, but in their current form aren’t as well-polished as I would’ve hoped. Rating: 6.5/10'

RhinoFit’s gym management software offers a very user friendly and modern interface. The setup and installation process was a breeze and the onboarding process is straightforward. Furthermore, the reporting feature is helpful and generates useful insights. I also appreciate the availability of lots of online resources to help with using the system. However, the same can’t be said for the customer support. Quite often, our emails and inquiries usually get ignored for days at a time. Not only that, the actual system can be quite slow and at times, unresponsive. All things considered, overall usability of the software is okay but more needs to be done to make it easier for the customers.'
