I recently evaluated the gym management software from Motionsoft for our large multinational company. Overall my experience with this software was underwhelming and it wasn’t the best fit for us. Here are the areas where I found the software lacking and why I couldn't recommend it for our organization.

After assessing the cost of the Motionsoft gym management software, I was concerned to see how high it was compared to other solutions. The base cost of the software was steep and additional fees were required for customization and upgrades. Additionally, the cost for training was very high, making Motionsoft a costly investment for our organization.
Supporting Futuristic Use Cases:1.5/5
The Motionsoft software also lacked the features necessary to support our futuristic use cases. The software was very complex and not easily accessible or understandable. Additionally, additional customization options had to be developed in order to support the features we wanted, making this software a major financial and time investment.
Given all this, I wouldn’t recommend Motionsoft gym management software for our organization. I would give this software a rating of 2 out of 5 stars because of the high cost of ownership and difficulty in supporting our futuristic use cases.'

I'm pretty much a veteran in the fitness industry now that I've been in it for 25 years and when looking for a reliable gym management software system, I decided to go for Motionsoft. I'm glad I did because their systems have not let me down.
The customer service team is just as impressive as the software itself. The team is focused on customer satisfaction, knowledgeable on the products, and always available to answer my questions. They have resolved every issue with ease and in a timely manner.
The software is incredibly user-friendly and the customizable features fit the needs of my specific gym. I can move or delete features while still being able to effectively monitor and control all aspects.
Their use of modern technology and next-generation innovation is amazing. And the benefit of real-time data synchronization allows gym goers to access their information from multiple devices.

'As the owner of a small independent health club, I had no idea how difficult it could be to manage memberships until I opted for Motionsoft’s Gym Management Software. The product vision is ambitious, however, I found some of the features quite lacking, and the ease of use was far from convenient.
The product’s website claimed to offer full membership management, including the ability to collect payments automatically, as well as advanced reporting and business intelligence features. Unfortunately, I found that the reality didn’t live up to the billing. The reporting features were not that advanced, and the automated payment collection system was not reliable.
The software was also quite difficult to use. Even with the support team helping me out, I still felt confused and frustrated at times. The user interface was not user-friendly at all, making it difficult for me to quickly find and accomplish tasks. Additionally, the support team had to be contacted multiple times whenever there were any technical issues, as these often took days to resolve even with their help.
Overall, Motionsoft’s Gym Management Software failed to deliver the features that were promised by the product. In comparison to other gym management software solutions on the market, Motionsoft’s offering is not a good option. I would not recommend this product to small business owners looking to improve their membership management software.'

The search capabilities were extremely limited, making it difficult to look up members, check their membership, or search for gym staff. Adding and editing information was a time-consuming process, which was especially annoying when trying to manage a large number of customers.
I also had some trouble with customer support. I found they were unresponsive quite often, and when I finally did get a response, the answer often didn't solve the issue.
I can't recommend Motionsoft Gym Management Software. In my opinion, it's not worth the money. Value for money gets 2/5 and Ease of use 3/5 from me.'

I found the setup process to be unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Adding and managing members, setting up classes, tracking progress of customer membershipwere painful and time-consuming tasks. This software also came with limited customer support.
They also did not have any options for customizing the software, which for me is a major issue. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Motionsoft Gym Management Software if you're looking for a comprehensive solution. Value for money gets 2/5 and Ease of use 3/5 from me.'

'I recently signed up for Motionsoft Gym Management Software on behalf of a client. I must say I am disappointed with the experience. It lacks simple features such as the ability to store customer information, display customer details in a searchable format, or show class information correctly.
The functionality was also limited - we weren't able to implement complex processes like membership sign-ups or renewal. To make a long story short, I think Motionsoft's software lacks basic features that most gym owners need to have.
Customer service was also an issue. Calls went unanswered and emails were rarely responded to. I think if you're looking for a basic club management software solution and are on a tight budget, Motionsoft is an OK option. But it's not the best choice if you want to use more advanced features. I'd give it a 2/5 rating for Value for money and 3/5 for Ease of use.'

I had some high expectations because I had read some positive reviews prior to us signing on. What I can tell you is that for the price, the interface and features it offered just didn't measure up.
The specific features and user experience needed some work. For example, when we attempted to use it to manage memberships for our client, it was really difficult to navigate the application. Simple tasks like updating contact information, inputting membership details, and searching for customers was complicated and time-consuming.
In addition, customer service was not particularly helpful when we needed assistance. Calls and emails went unanswered for days in some cases.
Overall, I think if you're just looking for a basic club management software solution on a tight budget then Motionsoft may be an OK solution for you. But if your company or organization has any advanced needs, I highly recommend you to look for something else. I'd give it a 2/5 rating for Value for money and 3/5 for Ease of use.'

The features were basic while the software was excruciatingly slow during peak usage times. Updating customer information or checking out customers to the gym was difficult, to say the least. The interface for doing this doesn't seem to be updated often so it was basically like using a relic.
I also had some troubles with customer support. Not only were the responses late, but they weren't always helpful. All in all, Motionsoft Gym Management Software is probably an OK option if you have a tight budget, but it's definitely not a good choice for more complex needs. I'd rate Value for money 2/5 and Ease of use 3/5.'

I recently had the opportunity to evaluate Motionsoft's Gym Management Software. As the head of a large enterprise, it’s essential for us to find the right software solution to help manage our gym operations. Upon evaluation, Motionsoft really stood out with its advanced features and capabilities.
The automated billing system makes quick work of collecting membership dues. It also features a dashboard that makes it easy to monitor the operations of our gym and fitness centers from a single portal. Being able to manage multiple clubs across multiple regions is an added bonus.
As far as product vision and product features go, Motionsoft is certainly one of the best in the market. The promised mobile access for members, Gamification to increase motivation levels, AI to make personalized recommendations and email campaigns are features that definitely offer the tools to foster an engaging and interactive environment.
However, pricing remains a concern. For clubs with higher member base, the cost of the software can be a bit expensive. But they offer attractive packages to make the software more affordable. Additionally, the Motionsoft team can deliver added value by continuing to add new features that will help members build healthier and more active lifestyles.'

I recently evaluated the gym management software from Motionsoft and wasn’t impressed with the features and ease of use. Here are my concerns with the cost of ownership and supporting futuristic use cases we sought.
Cost of Ownership:2/5
I took a look at the cost of ownership and was disappointed to discover that it was much higher compared to other options we evaluated. We expected more competitive pricing for this highly specialized software, but the cost included additional fees for customization and upgrades. This made the total cost much higher than anticipated.
Supporting Futuristic Use Cases:1.5/5
The software also didn’t have the features we were seeking to support our futuristic use cases. The software was too complex and not accessible or understandable. We also found that many of the features would require additional development and customization, which would add more of an investment that we weren’t comfortable with.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the Motionsoft gym management software for our organization. I give this software a 2 out of 5 rating because of the high cost of ownership and difficulty in supporting our futuristic use cases.'

As someone with over 45 years’ experience in the fitness industry, I have seen some really incredible technological advances that have made the management of gyms easier. One of these industry gamechangers is Motionsoft’s Gym Management Software. I recently used this software myself and I must say, I was extremely impressed.
The product vision is clearly and logically laid out. From the moment I fired up the software, I knew exactly what I needed to do and how to do it. I had full control of the customer accounts, billing, and operations from one centralized location. Moreover, it is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Everything is set up logically and no extra clicks are required in order to perform an action.
The product’s features are robust. Everything from streamlined customer and facility management to digital marketing and mobile apps are integrated into the system. This feature-rich approach is great for the owner of a gym because it allows day-to-day operations to flow swiftly.
The cost of ownership is also reasonable. The initial costs are definitely going to be the most expensive, but once you have everything set up and running, you can take advantage of the monthly plans which makes affordable.
