It has enabled us to keep accurate records of our activities and reduce manual labor significantly. We are able to cut down on the time taken for processing transactions, as well as ensure consistency throughout our operations. 'I'm a Senior Manager at a mid-size logistics and transportation business and I recently decided to give Panjiva's Global Trade Management Software a try. After switching from our working incumbent IT provider, I must admit I am quite pleasantly surprised. With a single solution I am able to effectively manage crucial aspects of my business like customs inspection, duty estimation and risk compliance. Not only is the software solution able to automate and streamline my business processes through seamless integrations, but it also offers great value for money compared to the cost of traditional software licensing. Our teams especially love the intricate reporting capabilities provided by the software, as they make analysis and decision making much simpler and straightforward. To top it off, the cost of ownership of Panjiva's GMTS is relatively low and the company sometimes provides interesting discounts to loyal customers, which is something certainly welcomed by our accounting team. When looking for an international trade software, it was critical for me to find one that was cost effective and scalable. This is why I chose Panjiva’s Global Trade Management software. I was concerned that I wouldn’t find the right software in my budget, but Panjiva’s team offers monthly subscription plans and a la carte features at an affordable price.
The plan I am on now includes unlimited shipments and currency conversions. Plus, the panjiva team offered me incentives for signing up for an annual subscription which has saved me a ton of money.
Overall, the cost of ownership of Panjiva’s Global Trade Management software is reasonable and cost-effective. I am able to rest assured knowing that my small business is in good hands without having to spend more than necessary.'

After trying out multiple Global Trade Management Software options, we decided to settle on one from Panjiva. Since the day we implemented it, they have been a perfect partner. From their intuitive user interface, to their comprehensive customer service, they have gone above and beyond to make sure our procurement process runs as smoothly as possible.
We initially had some apprehensions about the platform’s accuracy in data processing due to our large-scale projects, but Panjiva’s product vision has been great. They have consistently put in the effort to update and improve their software to make it suitable for the most complex of processes.
Their product features have also impressed us. The ‘Reporting & Compliance’ feature, in particular, has been particularly helpful in ensuring that we remain compliant with all the regulations with regards to our international operations. Furthermore, the ‘Custom Alerts’ tool helps us stay updated on any changes to the shipments or tariff borders, or any other information that we need to plan actively around.

All the documents, tariffs, and shipments that we needed to manage were all handled with the utmost efficiency.
The customer service provided by Panjiva is of the highest order. When we faced any issue, their team was quick to help us out. The alerts we receive from them are also quite comprehensive. We are notified of any particular updates or changes to the shipment and tariff borders, which allows us to stay proactive and plan accordingly.

'I've used Panjiva's Global Trade Management Software for a few months now and have been generally satisfied with its performance. It does offer a great product vision, giving me the unified suite of tools I need to manage global trade operations.
The various product features are great and perform as expected. I'm also quite glad with the customer support team; their response to queries is fast and they do provide some decent workarounds.
The value for money is OK too. Panjiva isn't the cheapest option available so you do pay a premium for its features. However, considering the efficiency this software offers, I don't mind paying for it.
On the whole, considering the level of sophistication this software offers, I can give it a 3.5/5 score. Its expensive price tag can be a deterrent, but thankfully its features justify its price. The only issue I can think of is that some of the features are quite complicated and I wish there was an easier way to customize them based on my needs.'

'3. Our company recently adopted the Panjiva Global Trade Management Software (GTM) for our supply chain related operations and the experience has been quite good so far. The onboarding process was quick and didn’t involve too much effort from our end. The user interface is straightforward and quite simple to operate. We have found the levels of visibility it provides during our day to day operations to be quite high which has been great for ensuring seamless supply chain visibility. Coming to the Cost of Ownership, the subscription fee for GTM is on the higher side but given the amount of features it provides it can be considered as quite reasonable. In terms of Value for Money, we would give a rating of Excellent.'

'My engineering team has had to use Panjiva’s Global Trade Management Software offering for the past few months and they are not very happy. Due to its outdated nature, the user interface is quite tiresome and a lot of the time it’s almost non-functional. The biggest issue with this system is by far the complete lack of interoperability and integration with any existing system; my team has really struggled to find a way to bridge the gap between our internal systems and the Panjiva system. The integration capabilities and interoperability between other programs is weak, and this is hindering my workflow at times. However, it's relatively easy to use, and I'm able to quickly search through my shipments. Unfortunately, it can be a bit slow to respond at times, which can be a problem when trying to quickly address urgent shipments.
I understand this product is still new and the developers are working hard to address the issues I'm experiencing, but until those issues are resolved, I won't be satisfied with the product.'

First, the interface of the software is quite clunky and gets in the way of efficient work flow. I found myself having to constantly switch between screens to find the information I was looking for, and the system sometimes lagged or froze.
Another downside is the lack of modules. While I was able to find many of the features I was looking for, I would have liked to find more pre-built modules to make certain tasks easy and intuitive.

As a director of a multinational company, I can say that Panjiva’s Global Trade Management Software offers phenomenal value. Their focus on interoperability and integration with our existing systems has allowed us to reduce costs and streamline operations. The unified platform with all of our trade workflows in one place is also wonderful - making it simpler for us to access and manage trade information.
The product features are definitely worth noting as well. The automated compliance checker is a lifesaver in terms of risk management, while the document archiver helps us make sure nothing gets dropped. On top of that, the analytics capabilities have enabled us to make the most informed decisions to benefit our company.
To put it simply, I cannot recommend Panjiva’s Global Trade Management Software enough - it is an invaluable asset for multinational companies and a no-brainer for anyone looking for ways to optimize their trade efforts. 9/10'

'I've been using Panjiva's Global Trade Management Software for the past year as I manage Procurement at our organization. I have to admit; I had my doubts initially when it comes to the value of this service. But after a year of use, I'm very impressed with what this software offers.
First off, I appreciate its product vision which unifies all of a company's global trade operations. This definitely has helped me streamline a lot of our procurement-related processes, eliminating redundancies and making our system a lot more efficient.
The product features are also quite reliable and well-executed. Initially, I had some issues customizing some of the features as per our organization, but the customer support team really stepped up and provided me with some workarounds that made it easier to customize the software to our needs.
The value for money is decent too, considering what this software can do. It's definitely not the cheapest option out there, but you definitely get what you pay for, and Panjiva definitely delivers value.
Overall, I'd rate this software as 4/5 based on my experiences over the last year. Despite its more expensive price tag, I feel it's earned its value and provides an unbeatable advantage in terms of global trade management efficiency. There are some issues that can be improved upon, but overall I'm satisfied with Panjiva's offering.'

'Global Trade Management Software offerings by Panjiva
I have been using Panjiva’s Global Trade Management Software for the past 2 years. I have to say that it has drastically improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. The process to go global is highly complex and the software from Panjiva simplifies this immensely. With a single login, we were able to access a ton of highly relevant and vetted data across our insurances, carriers and vendors, which made the entire process much easier for us.
I must say that the customer support at Panjiva is excellent. The team is available to answer my questions and address my issues and concerns quickly. The customer service team’s response is friendly and helpful, and they take the time to guide me through the process and make sure I get the right answers. This was particularly helpful when I first started to use the platform and had trouble navigating through its features.
In terms of the ease of use, the platform offers user-friendly functionalities that are easy to learn and navigate. The design is also simple and it is very helpful that the platform is available in numerous languages.
I would give Panjiva’s Global Trade Management Software 4 and a half out of 5 stars. It is an overall great software. The customer service team is efficient, highly responsive, and helpful. The platform is easy to use and understand. The only issue I had was with the pricing. It is slightly expensive when compared to some of similar offerings in the market.'

'1. We decided to adopt the Panjiva Global Trade Management Software (GTM) at the start of last year and it has been a great decision since. The software allows us to manage our supply chain related back-end operations without the need to recruit additional employees. The entire setup process was simple and involved minimal learning and training requirement for my existing employees. The performance of the software has been great in terms of speed and accuracy. We find the end-to-end supply chain visibility that it provides to be extremely useful in managing our global trade business. The software has a great dashboard which provides us with all information in real time and also allows us to drill down into further details when necessary. Coming to the cost of ownership, the software is being licensed on a subscription basis and the amount we pay every month is quite reasonable when looking at the features and benefits it provides us. We therefore would rate the Value for Money of GTM as Excellent.'

The software is extremely user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. The design is also simple, which is complemented by the fact that it is available in several languages.
I rate Panjiva’s Global Trade Management software 4.7/5. The customer service is exemplary, and the ease of use is commendable. My only gripe with the platform is its pricing, which seems to be a bit expensive when compared to other similar offerings in the market.'

The ability to access data associated with cross-border shipments, track their progress, and monitor ship performance in real-time is incredibly valuable. Such features are ones that most other software do not offer but are incredibly important for our operations. Additionally, integration with our various software is easily achievable; we can link our current ERP systems to Panjiva with no additional effort. However, their customer support could be improved - more often than not, response times are slow and occasionally tickets are not resolved properly. '2. We recently subscribed to the Panjiva Global Trade Management Software (GTM) and, in hindsight, the decision to switch to GTM seems to be a smart move. The transition process was smooth and the software came with many useful features that have been quite helpful for our business. We found the software to be easy to navigate through in terms of understanding the features and exploring the settings. While training our employees, we found that only minimal instruction was needed as the interface is straightforward and intuitive. The reports we generate using GTM are comprehensive and accurate, making it easier for us to keep a track of our supply chain related operations. In terms of the Cost of Ownership, we find the subscription fee to be slightly on the higher side. Though the features provided are quite useful, the price could be more in tune with what it offers. We hence would rate the Value for Money of GTM as Good.'

'Interoperability and Integration (2/5 stars):
I've been using Panjiva's Global Trade Management Software for a few months, and while I can say that it's helped streamline some of my processes, I'm having trouble with its interoperability with other software I'm already using. For example, I'm unable to integrate any of the mobile applications I'm using for my small business with Panjiva's software, and this makes it difficult to manage my workflow and track my shipments.
The same goes for trying to integrate it with another popular blockchain platform, which I use to securely store payment information. Every time I try to connect it, I'm met with error messages and I don't have an efficient way to connect the two together. It's starting to become a hassle to use either of the platforms when working together, as I'm continually met with sync issues.
I understand it's still a relatively new system, but I'm hoping the developers will figure out a way to incorporate more functionality between the two systems soon.'

The biggest issue by far is the integration of their system with our internal systems; integration is simply not achievable with this product. This renders it completely obsolete as, without integration, the system’s features are completely useless. The customer service is horrid and I don’t think they are even aware that technology has advanced in the past ten years. Overall, I'm pretty happy with Panjiva's Global Trade Management Software when it comes to day-to-day operations. It's very user-friendly, and I'm able to easily navigate the layout and manage my shipments with ease.
The menus are intuitive, meaning I'm not overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information present, and I'm able to quickly sort through my shipments with the search bar. I also like that I can customize the platform to suit my own needs, as well as how I can keep track of my shipments in real-time.
The only downside I've noticed is that it can be a bit slow to respond at times, resulting in delays with some of my shipments. Unfortunately, this issue hasn't been addressed and I'm hoping the developers can improve the response times soon. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the overall performance of the platform.'

When it comes to innovation and use of next generation technology, their offering is definitely below-par, as it’s quite lacking compared to other similar products. The user interface is outdated and navigation is quite cumbersome; it almost feels like my engineering team is using our system from the pre-Internet era. Its interoperability and integration with existing systems is also very poor; in several attempts, none of my engineers was able to connect or link our internal systems with the Panjiva offering.
